Went there to pickup some milk next doors at publix. Had to stop and get my favorite cherry ice vanilla Gelato. Surprised ? at new prices. It's been a while since I had visited. Worth every penny. Coming back with my granddaughter.

I go to Ritas about 2-3 times a week and I always have an amazing experience thanks to a worker by the name of Izzy. She’s so respectful & always greets me when I walk in. Whenever I don’t know what I want, she always gives the best suggestions and is very patient even when i’m still unsure. I would highly recommend going to this Rita’s location solely because of the atmosphere izzy brings to this place, when she works everything is always so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Izzy’s a real one :)!!!

Came in this morning for a gift card and some treats and the young man with the black curly hair was extremely nice and provided great service and completed our strange treat requests the best he could, while also cracking some jokes. Swift but completed with quality, keep it up!

Every time I go in, there are gnats/fruit flies and it smells like a sewer. I know it’s not a specific person but what ever it is it stinks. Service is nice and treats are good but I can’t stand the gnats and the smell.

I visited the shop yesterday and was greeted by a very nice but very sick employee. He gave me outstanding service even though it was apparent he was not well at all. The ice cream was delicious, but I do hope your company allow its sick employees the option and support to stay at home. This will keep your other employees and customers safe.

I love the brand and the ice from here but this location is horrible. We had a man continuously begging us for money at the store who was not in his right mind. On multiple occasions there are inappropriate conversations by the workers there and the music played is inappropriate. This is not the Rita’s I grew up on that is supposed to be family friendly. Don’t bring your kids here.

Customer service is non existent at this location. I do love Rita's though! A very nice adult woman helped me in the past and was always polite and provided the standard customer service. She may have worked on the weekends. My last few visits, which I believe were weeknights, had embarrassingly rude customer service. It is the same adult male employee who seems to set the rude tone for the other, likely teenage aged, employees to follow. Here is what happens when you go to this location: A customer walks through the door. The middle aged to older dark haired male scours at you. No hello. No smile. Just a rude glare. No words or acknowledgement made. It creates an awkward and unwelcoming environment. The other younger associates seem uncomfortable with the behavior but follow the older males behavior. I am not sure if he is the owner, manager or regular employee. The associates seem to know it is rude and wrong but do not seem comfortable being warm, kind and helpful in his presence. Once you decide what you want you have to approach them which feels like an imposition because they have made it clear they do not want you to bother them. This exact experience with this older rude male employee has happened before which is sad because that must be his normal operating behavior. Thank goodness that there are other Rita locations. The custard is delicious. The staff at this location is unwelcoming and borderline hostile. It is not an experience I will go through again. I do hope new management takes over. The guy at the counter needs to go.

i have been coming to this location for 3 months every week. The first time that I came here, I was really impressed by how friendly and courteous that the young people working were. Every time I come in, I am greeted in a friendly manner. Everything is fresh and yummy. There are many things that you can try and enjoy. I highly recommend this location.

We come here quite often, always a pleasure. Not sure what those 1 star reviews are all about. We never had anything but positive experiences when we come here sometimes twice in the same week. The owner is really nice and the managers are always friendly and accommodating no matter the request. Can't recommend this Rita's location more.
