WORST WAIT EVER. I ordered one singular ice cream cup. One hour wait. The people behind me got their entire meals +milkshakes before me. It seems as though they complete the orders backwards. (PS: the strawberries are not actually strawberries)

Great location. My usual pick for local Burgerfi locations. The staff and food is great. However, dine-in tables are consistently dirty and have to self clean. Fries are hit or miss as far as being fully cooked and seasoned.

It’s actually a 3.5 out of 5, the burger was really good, the french fries too soggy, i let the staff know and they re-dd the fries and gave me again another soggy, oily tray of fries, didnt finish them, but the burgers were good
