I got the fish and chips. It was literally three battered frozen fish sticks. There was no difference in size, shape, or consistency from the frozen variety at your local supermarket or grocery. The only difference is these were “water-logged” with a much-used burnt tasting oil.

5 stars all around for sure. Heard so many great things about this place so I decided to try it and I will definitely be coming back. Our server Lwren was incredibly sweet and attentive, one of the best we have had. She provided so many amazing recommendations and made sure our experience was the very best. Make sure you get the gator bites if you decide to try this place out :)

They ripped me off. You can tell the cooks do NOT care about their customers! I paid nearly 15$, tax included, for about 10 bits and pieces of over greasy breading, got maybe 3 pieces with meat The size of a dime.. DO NOT GET GATOR TAIL HERE, YOU DO NOT GET ANYTHING NEAR WHAT MENUE SHOWS, It was really sad what they served me for 15$

I tried smashburger for the first time but I didn't like it. It was prepared as described and I suspect others who prefer well done beef would enjoy that preparation but it was not my preference. The service was very good and the outdoor dining was delightful.

I ask very polite to the bartender, if he can put aspn at the tv since was only couple tv around me with that Chanel, he said “yes sure” he never did, no name tags so I can record his name but was a curly long hair….. not good customer service since I’m here since day one , when the was open ( I’m lo all) ….. beside not was busy. Hopefully he change his game.

Great service and good atmosphere. Had an issue with pricing. Pitcher of Kona costs $20. We poured 3 16 Oz beers from the pitcher. Each individual beer is priced at $5.69. Easy to do the math and determine that buying a pitcher costs more. This is improperly priced.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free items marked on menu. Fryer is not gluten free. Check to ensure items are not placed in fryer. Nachos are marked Gluten Free but chips go in fryer.

Spent the day at Magic Kingdom. Ended up here with the family on the way home, Super Bowl night, figured it would have been impossible to get a table. Called them while we were on the way there and the Asst. store manager “DB” answered and said he had one table left and was holding it for us. We got there sat right down and had the best waitress ever!!!! They made us feel like we’ve been going there for years and we were regulars. Food was awesome but Celina, you made the evening amazing! It’s not going to be fair to my local Gators Dockside to compare them to you guys, lol your location definitely set the standards and bar at a whole new level!!Kid-friendliness: The staff gave all of the kids a football which they absolutely loved!

This was absolutely the best dining experience. I’ve had Bar none no exaggeration. If you are going out, you must come here more magical than Disney! We came for Super Bowl after Magic Kingdom on a whim, and it was better than the magic kingdom the assistant manager DB treated us like family our server Celina took the best care of us amazing family memories were made! This is why we love Gators Dockside! And don’t even get me started on how good all the food was!!

went in hoping for a quick dinner, and left 1.5 hours later. it was trivia night, so we played along and had fun, but still had to wait 30 minutes for our food, then had to wait more after eating to be able to pay and leave. the food was hit or miss, boneless wings were dry. it just took a long time, but the trivia was good
