This is the third or fourth time we have tried Josie’s. The pizza has good flavor but it’s extremely soggy every time we have ordered it. I don’t think we will be trying it again.

First time visit to Josie’s Pizza and Wings. Wings were amazing but the lasagna was awful. Tasted like a frozen Stoufers lasagna. The noodles were thick and gummy. The sauce tasted like it came out of a jar. Don’t waste your money on that.

I have eaten this place at least 5 times there pizza and wings our good that being said ! Monday Feb 19th I placed a order for a large half cheese half sausage for take out the lunch special $13.99 I used a debit card to pay when I left the store I realized I did not get the debit card back so I called and the lady said yeah it’s here I dropped the pizza off to my children and went back and got it from there I went to work when I got back home around a 9:00 pm my kids told me when the open the box they each took a slice and my younger son found a big piece of dark hair they was disgusted about it (look at picture the slice with the sausage next to the slice that has been pulled out you can actually see the hair ) they stopped eating it and threw it out so the next day I called to speak with management the person working told me management is not there but she will call themAnd have them call me right backGive them just a few minutes.. one hour later no call so I called back the same lady answered told me management will call me when they get back to the store around 5:00 at 7:00 I still did not receive a call so I called again management still not there they called me back 15 mins later I explained to the lady what happen she said if I had the pie In hand she would returned it if not she can offer me a 50 percent off I told her nicely we don’t have it they was hair in it the kids threw it out what would she have done if she got a pizza with a hair In it if she would keep it in her fridge or throw it she was extremely rude and accused me of eating the pizza and trying to get a free pizza from her ! A lousy $13.99 problem the worst customer service ever how is there not a manager working on call they should always be some one in charge manager should be in the establishment not at homeTo the person who responded first of all it was a pick up order I gave you my name as well as the pick up name not that does matter !2nd of all my VOICE WAS RAISED TO MATCH YOUR TONE ! Your still trying to make it as if I am at fault here first yous gave us a pizza with hair in it then you made me wait close to 7 hours to speak with a manager and when I did get a manager on the line they was rude sarcastic loud and accused me of lying !!! Sorry I don’t hold on to food that has hair on it I thought most people dispose of it silly me not keeping it in my fridge

I have been eating Josie's pizza since the first opened in Metrowest. I was glad to see them open one up in Windermere by my house. Best pizza in Orlando.
