My all time favourite for grabbing a wholesome snack but they have increased the prices while the portions don’t justify the quantity. The staff is good but sometimes seems worked up and frustrated.

Dined here last night and had a mixed experience. The soup was extremely salty, necessitating a return for a refund. Subsequently, I ordered a sandwich which didn't meet my expectations. Requested a plate for better convenience, but was offered a to-go bowl instead, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, I'm giving 4 stars, considering the overall effort. However, as someone with experience in high-end hospitality, I was hoping for a bit more attentiveness and genuine service.

Every time I give this location a chance I'm disappointed. I was craving chicken salad and used to really like it from Panera so decided to get a half sandwich half soup. The soup was ok, they can't really mess that up since I'm pretty sure they receive it premade, but the sandwich was almost no chicken salad as you can see from my picture, but also it was disgusting. It was sour and horrible, I threw it all away. The chicken also had a weird texture. We got this delivered so I couldn't have asked for them to make something different.

I just always enjoy panera. They have the best muffins and soup. And the best iced coffee. David was kind.
Member of the free drink club, so it’s always nice to go in and they have my drinks ready after my in line order.

When I don't want to go into the office, I come to this Panera, and not only are the food and unlimited sips program outstanding, but service and peeps at this location great! My fave Panera in town. Love being there :)

My whole chicken greek salad had several brown and black rotted lettuce pieces in it. I was so glad that I saw it before eating because I was stirring my salad to get the dressing mixed in well. I no longer order food from this location. They have a lot of kids working who clearly don't understand the importance of food sanitation.COMPLETELY DISGUSTING ? ?
