was given 2 burnt english muffins and then when i came inside the manager is like that’s how they come? how is it that i come everyday for my morning breakfast and its fine and today the day the manager is cooking they’re burnt and then the manager wants to mock the situation, they should be fired and your store shut down

The workers here are good enough, but service times at the drive thru are consistently and irritatingly long. This is for no apparent reason. Yesterday we were in the line for over 20 minutes, and sadly this rates as close to normal. Late night is even worse.They are not worse than the fast food restaurants in the strip, they are all consistently inefficient. I don't know if there remains a shortage of workers, but it is not working well. If another location is on your route, avoid this area and go there. The order, once you get it, will be correct and as good as Wendys gets...so there's that?

I visit this Wendy’s almost daily because I work in the plaza and this staff is some of the hardest working I’ve ever seen at a Wendy’s. Incredibly professional. Always a pleasure dining in and the food taste great, zero complaints. Keep up the awesome work everyone!

Living just across the street from this Wendy's, I've become a regular for my lunch breaks, particularly enamored with their Loaded Nachos Double Cheeseburger. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order last night. However, upon returning today, I was greeted by Yani, the team leader (apologies if I misspelled your name), who handled the situation with exemplary kindness and professionalism. Yani's sincere apology and generous offer of a complimentary meal not only rectified the error but also reinforced my love for this Wendy's location. Such gestures of goodwill are rare and truly appreciated. A huge thank you to Yani and the team for turning a small mishap into a memorable customer service experience. This Wendy's continues to be my favorite, not just for the delicious burgers but also for the warmth and friendliness of its staff.

Customers must enter their own order at a kiosk. Some orders are called by name and some by number, which is very confusing. You do not get your drink cup immediately, and since the kiosk doesn't give you a receipt, they don't want to give it to you at the counter. None of that made the service go faster at all, and they still forgot condiments and utensils.

The place was very disorganized and the worse part was how the MANAGER was making the food WITHOUT GLOVES, I only ate because it was my first meal of the day and I was starving. You should never make someone's food without gloves, especially because we don't know where you hand was.

This is a really ghetto Wendy’s in the middle of Windermere. Watched the employee in the drive-thru have a screaming melt down because people were in her drive-thru. Workers had an attitude and messed up my very simple order. Won’t be back, hire better employees or shut this place down. No need for all that attitude! This occured 9/19 around 11pm. Get rid of the trashy staff!

The drive thru cashier tried to KEEP MY CHANGE. She DIDN'T EVEN offer it back to me! When I asked her about it she literally said that "if it's a few cents SHE JUST KEEPS IT, because its ONLY a few cents"....Ummm it was.almost a nickel and that's for EVERY CAR! I wonder what her cut off point is? OH...and by the way THATS STEALING!
