Just when we were done enjoying the great service and food at the Aztecs restaurant, a sweet lady came and offered to take pictures of our group… she took amazing pictures and made our time even more memorable… thank you

We called in an order on the evening of 3/23 and we were given an estimate of 20 minutes until the food is ready. We arrive about 30 minutes after the order was placed and the hostess told us the food was not ready yet. We didn't think it was a big deal because we knew they were busy on a Saturday night. We wait another 15-20 minutes and I ask the hostess if she has an ETA on the food being ready. She tells me that our order is almost ready and that the kitchen just got a bit behind.We wait another 15 minutes or so and a different person asks us if we have been helped. I tell her that we are waiting on a to-go order. She asks if we have paid yet and I tell her that we have not because we had called it in and no one had asked for payment yet. At this point, the initial hostess (who assured us twice that the food was almost ready) is now realizing that we have not paid and tells us that the order hasn't even been given to the kitchen yet if we have not paid. While I'm left to assume this whole time that I'll pay when they bring the food out (like most restaurants).I tell them to just cancel it. The hostess who watched us stand around for 30-45 minutes and failed to verify our order did not even apologize and did not seem even slightly bothered by this. We have never been here before and definitely not coming back. Thanks for wasting a chunk of our Saturday night.

Victor our waiter was phenomenal. That's how every waiter in the food business should be. He made time to make sure everything was okay at all times. We definitely will be back. And the food was as good as the service. The atmosphere is great! I can't say enough about the entire experience. ?

Review is from May last year.Walked in and realized there was a person making the flour tortillas right there near the entrance, which was very interesting. I was seated quickly, and went with the lunch version of the steak macho burrito. ($12)It was a really large sized meal, full of yellow rice and meat, and topped with lettuce and cheese and sauces. The steak was not listed, but when the server mentioned it, I had to have it. The meat was tender and sliced into smallish cubes, which were easy to digest. Left lunch stuffed and sleepy but very happy. There was such a large, lovely wooden structure of a tree in the middle of this area with glass hearts and other hanging items. It was quite pretty. When I am in Winter Garden, I will return to try other dishes.
