This is exactly what you want from a BBQ truck. It's only open Saturday from 12-5 but is absolutely worth planning around. All the meat choices were well done. The ribs, pulled pork and brisket were all very good. I am from KC so it doesn't quite match a place like Joe's, but it really close. All I can say is delicious! I have been looking all over for a barbecue spot that would deliver true Southern BBQ taste. You must come early to ensure items are available because they did sell out of collard greens and was on the last slab of ribs when I arrived. The sides were warm and the Mac and cheese was not overdone but great balance of creamy flavor.The Carolina sauce is a must try and I highly recommend it. Next time I am going to try the brisket and update my post.

Got the Ribs along with the mac, collards and beans. All 3 sides are A+ delicious. Ribs were fantastic as well.Went on a Sunday, not sure if that is standard or we just lucked out as their Google listing only says Saturday.
