Regular customer at this DD and I have to say , ever since they brought that new manager on , everything has gone down hill . I had hopes for this store since it was just starting to get better then when the old male manager left and this new female one came . Total chaos . She doesn’t help her employees when the line is literally out into wal mart walking space and she just stares at the line and walks to the back . I don’t know what company ceo hired her but they need to reevaluate her because she’s the worst manager I’ve ever seen . I usually spend about 20-40$ everytime for me and my co workers but NOW . Not a penny . I’ll come back when they get rid of this horrid manager . The rest of the staff is amazing and actually puts in effort while the manager is beyond LAZY

I’ve been a long time DD Customer at this location so believe me when I say I was taken back at the new management. I absolutely love the staff, always have. They have amazing customer service, always try their best to bring a great attitude! I was extremely shocked with how this new manager treats and talks to her employees. I’ve witnessed this manger sit on her phone IGNORING, while the employees rush to finish everything, I’ve seen her give nothing but attitude towards these kids and to the customers as well! You can really tell this isn’t a good work environment anymore! I wanted to give more stars but the new management here just isn’t good anymore. These place deserves to be a happy place and the new manager just can’t seem to provide that! I’ve never had a complaint but she is the biggest and ONLY one I have. Please re-train your manager on leadership as she can not provide passion and treats them like down class!

Came to the store to use the rewards app. The employee either did not know how to apply the deal or perhaps the app was acting up, but either way a very solvable issue was present. A deal would not apply after scanning my app. I confirmed with the manager the deal was good for in store orders and even asked if they could just manually apply it. They simply responded with "no"... For an issue that was by no account my fault or responsibility, which even they had agreed should not be happening. This interaction was incredibly frustrating especially considering my attempts to be both understanding and flexible throughout the entire conversation. Flexibility is an important part of business, especially when the customer is not at fault...

The worst serviceafter a long wait to be served as usual at this place, I asked for chocolate cream, when I opened it was just white cream. I asked to change it and the answer was “don’t have”the tray was full and had the name chocolate cream.everything wrong, bad service, wrong product, information about one flavor and it was another flavor
