Ordered over 60 dollars of food that was stolen by someone else. When I called the store I spoke with Tiffany who told me they could not remake the food because the store would be losing money. I then made a point of saying if we’re sitting the restaurant and our order was incorrect they would remake it and she told me that it is different. I then stated that either way I am a paying customer whether I eat in the store or order ahead. She was completely unprofessional and rude and yelled at me. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he was just going to tell me the same thing. If she hates her job that much then find a new profession. Our company has ordered from this location many times and will NEVER give another dime to a company that treats their customers like this. We will be ordering from breakfast club of ocoee now. DO BETTER!

So initially when we arrived we were seated right away however we waited over 10 min and my husband needed to even get someone to assist us.Sabrina helped us out right away and when I tell you, her service was nothing but exemplary, we had absolutely no issues from that point moving forward. Even going out of her way to customize our order to make our experience as comfortable and impeccable as possible. Between the service she gave us and the entrees we ordered we will definitely be returning. SABRINA is your go to waitress! She needs a promotion ‼️ we ordered a Baja chicken omelet, banana foster French toast and crab cake benedict with grits and that food was phenomenal!We will 100% be returning to this restaurant!!Only con: the grits are a bit runny. There are other customers who have complained about this. The flavor is definitely there IMO but the consistency isn't where it should be. They should consider revisiting thier recipe. But other than that the food was AMAZING. Especially thier Benedict hollandaise sauce!!

Nice place, a little longer wait for food than expected but good prob sizes and tasty. Server was polite and courteous but wasn't very chipper and although it didn't impact the food or service, it just felt like when were we going to leave, lol but I get it, serving doesn't have to be an experience everywhere. But to be honest, I've gone back to places with basic food just because it was a good time and they got a great tip. Overall good breakfast/brunch spot.

I’m sorry to say overpriced for a less than satisfactory breakfast. Pancakes were undercooked, grits were runny and bland, bacon was mostly fat, food in general was lacking. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

You know it is the best place in the area when you see over a dozen squad cars in the parking lot on an early Sunday morning! We have been here many times and it is very consistent great food.
Third experience in a row where items from my takeout order were either missing or poor quality.1st time I placed a take out order, a side I paid for was missing. The GM called me to ask about the issue and I mentioned what happened, they apologized but did not offer any reconciliation for the problem.2nd time I dined in there were multiple very large shells in my eggs.3rd time (today), I placed a take out order and my partner picked it up for me as I was working. My whole cold brew was missing, he said the person who handed the meal to him said "this is all of it". The ticket on the bag clearly has "cold brew" printed on it so the employee did not hand over the whole order. Disappointing to have these problems each time I order from here.More than likely will not be returning after giving 3 chances already.

Experience was awful been a winter garden local for 12 years I go back and forth between here and Avalon diner and this place is a madhouse. Walk in greeted sit down 10 min passed no waiter or host or manager talked to us. We walked up and left . 9am on a Thursday looked like 2 servers maybe 3 only open till 2 pm poor scheduling and poor management. Will not be returning

Clean vibrant atmosphere. Great looking restaurant with lots of natural light and clean restrooms. With that said, service was poor and the food was a complete miss. I forced myself to plow through 1/3 maybe close to 1/2 of my dish and was charged for my dish, even though I ordered an additional breakfast plate. The manager was onsite and completely disconnected. There are many other options like Dennys, IHOP, and Kekes that will get you a lot more bang for the buck.
