Staff started closing 15 minutes before 10pm. We ordered but her colleague already shut down the ice cream machines. We walked out because we were unable to order anything we wanted. Totally get needing to do closing procedures but unable understand why shutting down an integral part of the business makes sense before you officially close.

Title: Disappointing Service Review: My recent visit to Jeramiah's left much to be desired. Placing my order with a cashier with disinterested attitude, the experience was off to a rocky start. It was as if basic courtesy was an afterthought. What's more, the expectation of tipping while ordering an ice-cream felt out of place and unnecessary. Despite expressing that it was my first visit, the cashier showed no interest in providing good service or ensuring a positive experience that might encourage a return visit. When my family and I finished our ice cream we attempted to go back inside to wash our hands but the door was locked. I witnessed a couple trying to go in to purchase an ice cream but left because the door was locked. Overall, my visit to this Jeramiah's fell short of its reputation and left me questioning its appeal. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this place to others.

I was not on the receiving end of great service as other reviews state. I will not be going back to this location, it was our first time but last. The ice was good but the service was definitely short, lacked warmth and not welcoming. The female at counter was short she seemed annoyed like she had something better to do she seemed to rush us passive aggressively. I had to ask multiple times to see the allergen list and She locked the door during operating hours with no sign that said she would be back soon. She missed on sales; we saw people trying to enter and couldn't. We were not able to wash our hands after eating because she locked the place with no sign. The entire outing and experience was unacceptable and don't recommend going here at all until they do a re-training on their staff in service. It's not the Jeremiahs type of service one would expect. It's a new location and needs improvement to accommodate the area especially expectations of service.

I've heard a lot about this place so we finally got around to it after our daughter's dentist appointment haha. The girl in there was super nice and walked us through the process since we were newbies. The vibes were cool, nice music, clean and nice seating. I had pina colada, vanilla ice cream with cotton candy and I really enjoyed it. Cool experience and not too pricey for a lil ice cream date.

Love that this location opened up this year literally 3 minutes away from my house! It's located in the ever expanding Watermark Plaza right across from Walgreens. Spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. We've tried many different Gelati combos these last few months such as Birthday Cake, Frosted Animal Cracker, Strawberry Shortcake, Pumpkin Pie and simple soft serve w a topping or Italian ice layered in. Every time we order something new it never disappoints and the prices are very fair as well. The staff is always friendly and welcoming verbally greeting every party that arrives no matter how busy.Also take advantage of their reward system if you haven't already almost every 3rd or 4th visit I get a free medium sized item and I only buy 2-3 servings each visit! If you are in the area or just visiting it's never a bad time for some Jeremiah's with the family!
Quick service even when busy. I have visited this location 3 different times. I love the mango flavor!!! My favorite. Today we got mango mixed with vanilla and my kiddos got cafe latte with vanilla ice cream and rainbow sprinkles + root beer with vanilla ice cream and Hershey chips. We love it every time we come. Sitting outside is always nice. They also have indoor seating. Only thing we are bummed about is flavors being out. This time blueberry and popping candy has been out of stock. Def won't stop us from coming back though!

I've been here a few times now, and the quality/service is always excellent. The servings always look as good as the photos, and the workers are always super kind!The only reason why I rated 4 stars is because the music playing in the store is so *absurdly* loud. I could barely hear the workers when I go up to order. It's to the point where I feel bad for those teens' hearing.Other than that, this is an excellent Jeremiah's. I've never had a bad order here!

Plenty of amazing combos to try. Even just the vanilla soft served by itself is a really good treat that our two picky kids were able to thoroughly enjoy !

This is my local spot. Parking is ample, staff is quite friendly and quick 1on1 service. They have of course Italian ice in many many flavors but also soft serve ice cream. Thier staple is mixing both Italian ice with soft serve in layers, so good! Feel free to ask for samples, they are very generous with the samples. They have several promotions throughout the year, so be sure to follow them or subscribe to their email blasts. My only complaint is the outside seating can get a little dirty between staff coming to clean.
