The worst service I have recieved at a food establishment in years... maybe everDietary restrictions: No respect in any way for any allergies... I saw things, including nuts, mixing spaces with other items (that say to have no nuts) without washing the the spaces off in-between.... I got scared and ran out

Horrible cake and customer service! A couple of weeks ago I ordered a small vanilla buttercream birthday cake for my teenage daughter. I was charged $100. Unfortunately the cake that was provided to us was burnt and hard like cardboard! The buttercream frosting tasted nothing like buttercream. Not one person could eat it. Everyone spit it out. It was the most disgusting/inedible cake. We were astonished that a French bakery could not execute a simple cake properly! It almost felt like a prank. The next day I took it to the store so they could see the awful product that was given to us for $100. The young man working there apologized and said the owner, Veronique or Stephan would get back to us that afternoon. We never got a call. I called 5 days later to follow up and spoke to another gentleman there. I explained the cake situation. His response was that I can only speak to the owners if I get there before 10am and that the owners were “authentic French” and could not speak English. I was so puzzled by his response. So I have to continue searching for the owner (at his convenience) to rectify the awful product they gave me? Ridiculous! All we have gotten are roadblocks by their employees. I give up on trying to speak to these so called French owners and have accepted the fact that I threw $100 down the drain and spoiled my daughter’s birthday. I am just warning the public don’t order cakes here because if you get a bad product from this place don’t expect this store to care or do anything about it. Will never purchase anything there again nor will our friends and family.

SERVICE: 5FOOD QUALITY: 5DRINK QUALITY: N/AORDER TIME: 5AESTHETICS: 3NOISE LEVEL: 5MENU SELECTION: 4OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 4.5I was looking for some authentic French pastries for my partners birthday, and luckily ran across this shop on yelp. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. The shop is small, but has a decent selection of pastries. I immediately felt like I was France again from the magnificent aroma of fresh cooked pastries and breads. The chef has the thickest French accent, and was so delightful. Clearly puts a lot of love into her work. I wound up ordering a cookie, Mille-feuille, and a mini cake. Everything was delicious, and my partner loved it. I was really hoping to find a tarte tropézienne, but sadly they didn't have them. I am in the process of contacting the owners via email to see if they can make them. If I get a YES I will add a note to the page. Overall this place is amazing. I have had the opportunity to take a short sabbatical, and go all along the coast of south France so I can definitely say that what they make is true French quality. Let's just hope they can make my favorite dessert in the world!
