I'm a frequent customer at this McDonald's, but unfortunately, my orders have been missing items on multiple visits. This morning, my oatmeal didn't have the apples that are usually included. While I understand they might run out occasionally, it would be appreciated if they could offer a discount when this happens, since I'm paying for the full order.very disappointed

***Got a Togo order for curbside they forgot to bring the fries out then I called them I got home and I’m eating the food and it looks like some one of they’re workers took this fry and wrapped they’re freaking hair(weave) around it. SUPER DIRTYYY !!! Nasty folks that work here ****

Nobody tending the drive through line. Waited over five minutes for someone to take an order. Thought to give them another chance. Maybe it was a bad day. Same thing happened again. Been indifferent to customers ever since the redesign.

Can I give a zero star? We find hair in our food, they can't even put a patty between two buns, when I ask for no ketchup for my sister with allergies they still put ketchup. We've even had half eaten chicken nuggets before! DISGUSTING employees who can't even put a simple order together! 0 stars!!
