It's always great to find a local roaster, especially one that makes a nice darker roast for espresso. I ordered for pickup and was in and out in seconds. The quality of the beans is fantastic, and even more importantly so, the roast is consistent, which is so important for dialing in espresso. Can't wait to try some of their single origins!

I've been looking fat and wide for a roaster that doesn't break the bank and preferably in FL. Otus is by far the best roaster I've come across in the state. It's also a massive bonus that they are super local to my area. Every roast I've had thus far has exceeded my expectations and they are always roasting new beans. I've even had Kenya beans, which floral notes are not my favorite, but darn they are amazing from here.I truly think the only roaster that can compare is Lineage, but their prices are way too high

As a WG local and new to coffee, I wanted to explore what the city had to offer. Thankfully we are graced with the presence of Otus Coffee. Stopped by earlier in the week shortly after The Nest opened and was warmly greeted by Glen. Even though he was busy roasting fresh beans, he was extremely kind and friendly. Glen gave some honest recommendations and wasn’t pushy at all. On my rating system of whether I would have a beer with them or not, Glen is definitely someone I would happily buy a beer. I don't always drink coffee but when I do it'll be from Otus Coffee. We discovered this gem after dropping our kids off for their first day of school. We were surprised to see that they operate out of Homestate Brewery in the mornings. So you can go for your morning brew and then back for a cold one in the afternoon! They are very friendly and informative, even offering suggestions. I was going to get an iced coffee and they recommended the nitro cold brew. I added oat milk and lavender and it was delicious. It was an awesome choice & I think I've found my new go to morning beverage. My husband had a mocha and enjoyed it too. It's a great vibe inside and we saw people working on laptops and what looked like a family or group of friends having coffee together. Whether I've enjoyed coffee or a beer here, it's always been a pleasant experience. We love supporting local & this is a great addition and use of space in the Hamlin area.

I've been going to Otus Coffee's pop ups at Homestate Brewing for a couple of months now. The crew has always been so friendly and I've enjoyed getting out of my comfort zone and trying a few different drinks. I've also bought a few bags of their coffee beans to give as gifts and to enjoy at home. Really love seeing the passion that goes into making the coffee. They also have their coffee at other spots around Orlando like Jeff's Bagel Run and DG Doughnuts to name a few!

Located inside the Homestate Brewing, visiting Otus Coffee was a very positive experience. Coffee was delicious, and they had a few donuts available from a local donut establishment. There is plenty of open-air covered seating to relax, and I love this area of Orlando.
