The employees at the register here are not very nice, they can even be argumentative. It is just not a pleasant experience to go in there, and this has been a regular problem with this location, and even with those who appear to be managers. They have possibly forgotten or perhaps don’t care that to have a successful business, you should provide a welcoming experience for your customers and provide excellent service. They have instead chosen to create an unpleasant environment. Whoever owns this location, whether a franchisee or the company itself, should be embarrassed. I will never set foot in there again, or frankly, any other Panera.The food is the definition of mediocrity anyway, and their bread after which they name themselves after, is awful.

There is a staff member that is works the front that is incredibly rude! At first I thought it was a bad day (that we can have sometimes) but her bad days are very frequent because each and every time I go she is rude and very short with me. I see her with other customers and she is fine, as I het to the register she turns into someone else and I’ve noticed that she is that way with POC. I love the location and the other staff is a delight, but she is not painting a good light for front end customer service.

Ok, this is the second time this week we have had friends over, select everything we want, put through the order then it comes up that Panarea bread has cancelled all orders until xx time. First time, fine, but now this is the second time we have wasted nearly 30 mins for everyone to select their order. If you are closed online then close so no one can even attempt to order food!

Old lady at the front desk was extremely rude. They didn’t call my name and my food sat on the pickup counter until i went up and looked for it, only half of the screen of the order tablet worked. 17 years old and writing a review that’s how you know it was bad, made me mad just wanted a sandwich.

I waited almost 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, and it wasn't anything special. I'm going to McDonald's next time and I don't like McDonald's.

I cannot place any star because for the food that I went in there for they did not have and they had run out early in the day. Which was the soup in the bread. I am sure everything else is good but I just went in no item I went out

Hailey, you were really sweet. But never order delivery from here. DoorDash messed up my order for a 3rd time. I should’ve learned after the first two times.
I specifically called to ask them to add my apartment number onto my order, and the driver delivered my food to the wrong apartment…worst delivery experience ever and will never be using this location again.

I ordered several meals one was with chicken noodle soup. When I got home the chicken noodle soup was just liquid. I called to complain manager Noah said all he could do was mail me a voucher or come back within a couple days for a soup. No empathy for mistake or for the fact that someone goes without tonight. His basic attitude was yeah that sometimes happens

Terrible customer service! Lourdes at the front counter is very rude! Handles the cash register and then handle bakery items… yuck! Food okay. Soup was barely warm. No Diet Pepsi and say they are out of Diet Pepsi. Also said they don’t have lemons for tea either… said because of Covid…. Really?

It's not the first time that our meals aren't complete. The 3 times we have ordered theu forget to put part of the meals. Not very happy.
