Very good Italian food, the fries with the sauce is so good. I ordered the moma plate ?️ the artichoke dip melts in your mouth. The Mac and cheese was very goodIt’s a vibe here

The food was good but I had the worst service experience in my life at this restaurant. I had a party of 8 guests to celebrate my wife's birthday. The server was terrible. The restaurant at the time only had 2 or 3 full besides mine so there was no reason not to give me enough attention. I had always to chase the waitress all the time. The waitress, did not smile at all times, Did not show any empathy to any of us at the table, the waitress did not present herself and the worst was that I brought up a birthday cake and ask the waitress to keep in the fridge and when time is right I would let her know to bring the cake. Then when one of the my guests was in the bathroom, she brought my wife's cake without my consent and worse all the dishes from our entrees was still on the table. How can you bring deserts without taking the dirty dishes out of the table. I described my experience there as a "Service Disaster".I certainly Do Not recommend this restaurant.

While this restaurant chain has been around for a number of years it's still highly underrated for the quality of food. However because of the drop off of covid they have reduced their menu even though they have so much more that they used to offer. I would love to see them bring back their full menu.

First time I go to this restaurant with my family and really everything was terrible, the treatment of the waiter with little experience, he did not allow you to order to your liking, he did not give options, the drinks were terrible, I ordered an Italian margarita and another additional drink and both were terrible only They tasted like water with real liquor, I would not recommend this restaurant, they should look for a good bar tender, in addition to this, the floor when walking felt the grease on the floor very little.

Our family of 4 went for a late dinner, around 9pm about an hour before closing. There was no one in the front to greet us and we waited for several seemingly long minutes before being acknowledged by any of the staff (I counted at least 6 who could have seated us). And btw the restaurant was not very busy that night. Still, the only person waiting tables was the bar tender that had a customer at the bar at the time. We finally got sat and waited again at the table for 15+ minutes before ANYONE came to even take a drink order. We were about to leave because of the ridiculous inattentiveness (my wife had stood up with her purse) but just then I over-heard the manager speak to someone about our table and I urged her to sit and wait for a few more moments. She did and moments later a young man came over and apologized saying he didn't know we had been seated (although, I watched him for a good while due to their open-concept kitchen sorting silverware with a female co-worker in a funny and flirtatious conversation within ear-shot of our table). He gave us decent service that I won't over-criticize and the food was good so we left happy. I've always enjoyed Macaroni Grill but this was my 1st time visiting in years so to receive that type of service upon entering was disappointing to say the least.

Food was terrible. Took 15min to come over to us and then said no one told me y’all was here but I saw you all looking around. When asked for a box she saw I didn’t eat much of it. Asked me something wrong. I said it was bland and terrible. Asked me if I wanted to taken off I said please. Manager came over acting like something from the godfather says in aggressive tone why don’t you like this? Said it’s bland and pasta is cold.
