Loved this cafe in winter garden! It was the perfect brunch on a Sunday. This place is a walk in basis with no reservations but the cafe itself has lots of sittings inside and they have a spacious patio. Everything was delicious! I'll definitely come back to try the pastries

If you are in the Winter Garden area for brunch this place is a must try! I had the petit breakfast board and it was delicious. Yes it is pricey at $18.30 but the bread it comes with makes it worth it. It was the freshest bread I've had in a long time. The quiche was delicious and the parfait was excellent. I was disappointed that the orange juice is bottled not fresh squeezed but everything else made up for it. Do not be afraid of the long line it moves quickly and we received our food within 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The place is beautiful inside with plenty of seating.

Whoever the owner or manager is need to have their staff trained on how to have good customer service or fire them. You walk in no person behind counter. When I went up to register they're too busy chit chatting and not paying attention when you're ready to pay. It was two young girls too busy talking. That day I went was not busy at all. Needs to have the tables little bit more cleaner also. Based on this experience I won't be coming back. Management should read reviews more because I am not only one experiencing this bad customer service.

I ordered a latte and a cookie croissant which it was the very last one that they had on the display, not only they took forever to bring what I ordered, one of the staff girl gave my croissant to one of their friends (which I was already waiting for a very long time to get it) and she came to my table after to apologize saying that she gave my croissant away. Very disorganized, they take forever to even brew the coffee, And while I was there, someone else also came to get their money back because it took forever for that person to get their order as well. I don’t know if they were tired because they were one hour away from closing, but if you’re going to treat your customers like that just close earlier than.The owners needs to pay a little more attention to what’s going on there, Clearly the staff don’t really care much.

wow I waited an hour for my food I think they forgot I have come several times and the waiting time is too much more than an hour is a long time! The service, some of the girls are rude, one of them stepped on me and turned around to apologize, the table was dirty, I had to ask them to clean it, I think the service should improve! I definitely don't recommend it
What a terrible example of customer service. No host in sight to greet anyone, and when someone was finally aware we were waiting they told us “you can have a seat if you want.”I asked for a simple ingredient list for the salad and was told “it’s just vegetables.” Like come on… it’s clear no one that works here wants to be here.Ended up leaving, wouldn’t know what the food tastes like. And frankly, don’t really care.

Ate outside and enjoyed a wonderful brunch. Loved the shade and ambiance. Lots of folks riding by on bikes. Long line and super busy but service was friendly and decently fast. Meal was delicious! Kicking myself for not picking up a few extra pastries as they all looked amazing.
