Terrible service pulled up at 1055! Drive thru worker and manager refused to acknowledge us as drive thru box. We pulled up to window. Girl with long braids with red in her hair looked at us and laughed and refused to open the window and acknowledge us. Never coming

You can tell this place hasn’t changed their oil in months, ordered some cinnamon twists and they tasted like super old and burnt oil absolutely disgusting and with barely any cinnamon

I should’ve looked at the reviews before coming here, because they are 100% accurate. It looks like the staff tries to get the order wrong. Their demeanor was appalling. The food definitely did not meet expectations; the Chalupa that I ordered without sour cream, had sour cream. The quesidella was burnt and the rice was overcooked. Additionally, the staff displayed very poor attitude.

This location is somewhat disappointing. I would say about one in four visits they either get my ordering, or ask me to pull around whether someone is behind me or not.Yesterday they only gave me half my order and then asked me to pull around. They forgot about me and I had to go inside. They said they forgot to make the rest and asked me to wait. Between waiting outside and waiting inside, it took more than 30 minutes to get the rest of the order. They did give me some very stale cinnamon twists though.

I was at the store a few minutes ago and i left SUPER DISAPPOINTED on the way an employee treated and older Male (customer) just because she didnt want to do her JOB!!!! The customer didnt know how to do his order he just needed a cashier, when she was called to do the order she was like why he doesnt do it himself. So he decided to walk out the store and the girl went straight to speak with some kids that were just standing there!! A few months ago I GAVE THE STORE POSITIVE FEEDBACKS!!! BUT NOW I WILL NEVER GO IN THERE I FELT HORRIBLE FOR THAT PERSON AND I ALSO WALKED OUT WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING!!!

1st time I came here was during a horrible thunderstorm and because the order speaker has no cover I pulled to the window to order. I was told in a rude tone that I had to go back through the line and order at the speaker and he couldn't take my order at the window and didn't care that I said I'd go to another location. The 2nd time was after getting off work on a Saturday at 11:10 and was told they are closed, even though Google says they close at midnight. The employees here are rude.

They charge for a CUP of water. $1.79 for water. ? What a poor business decision. It already costs my family $50 to eat at Taco Bell and you want to charge an extra $12 for WATER? That's laughable. Will NOT be back to this location.

Literally paid for my order and confirmed the charge was on my credit card (showed them the charge on my credit card too) but they wouldn't give me the food I ordered because the system said it wasn't paid.

Pretty annoyed with the service. We got cold food and not even what I asked for.I asked for a beef chalupa several times and they still gave me a chicken chalupa… and it was cold.I also asked if they were understaffed, and they said they weren’t. Half the crew wasn’t even working. They had me waiting in the drive through while it rained on me while they were doing who knows what.Terrible service. It’s been getting worse.

This place was awful! We went through drive through, ordered and got part of the order which was wrong and had to wait 10 min for the other part of the order. By the time the other half of the order came out the rest of the food was cold. The guy bringing food out also is making the food and never changes his gloves from going from line to cars back to line. When I open d up a taco to eat while waiting for other part of order it was broken into a bunch of pieces and couldn’t eat. After 15 minutes of waiting I went back in to ask for refund. They didnt want to give it to me because I didnt have a receipt which I was never given one. Finally after waiting for the manager about 10 min to come out of the bathroom he finally did the refund but refused to give me a receipt of refund. When asking for a receipt the manager and all other employees walked away and turned their backs . Definitely will not be going back to this one, no one there wanted to do their job and they didn’t changed gloves from taking prednisone and running orders out and they had hair nets on but it doesn’t help when the dreads are hanging out. I ordered about 1:30 and finally left with my refund at 2

It's an American fast food place. First time I saw Taco Bell and KFC together in one place. The service is fast with friendly staff.

Cups of water are $1.79 (same price as a small drink) The employee did let me know they now charge for cups of water, and it was my mistake for not asking how much. However I never figured it would be the same price as a small fountain drink. In fact I was charged for a small Pepsi. Shouldn’t be charging for cups of water if you don’t even have a button.? And shouldn’t be charging $1.79 for a small cup of ice water. In that case I could’ve went next door to speedway and gotten a large cup for cheaper, or a bottle at that rate.
