If you don't like egg shell's in your breakfast burrito don't eat at the Wendy's at conway.i wanted a breakfast burrito cause I had a two hour ride and didn't want to stop anywhere else and get eggshells I think that was my last time going there.

Have been coming here since they opened a few years ago with mixed results, but ate here today and everything was fantastic! My order was ready when I walked in, they asked me directly if I had the mobile order, all the food was perfect, and the whole place was perfectly clean. Very impressed and will probably come back more often now.

I used the drive through and the food was great and
I watched the gentleman grab cheese with his bare hands and put it in my chili I then asked the cashier if they use gloves for the cheese, she lied to my face and said they use tongs. I then watched as he touched with his bare hands the next customers fries. His fingers were on the fries as he placed them in the bag. No gloves, no tongs absolutely disgusting.

Fantastic Customer service! I was using a coupon and I guess the person behind the register (I forgot to get your name, but if you're reading: YOU'RE AWESOME!) heard me wrong and charged me an extra fry. Not only did he apologize and refund me, he let me keep the other fry, gave me back my coupon and even gave me another coupon as further apology. Fantastic CS, and I very much appreciate it.

This place is such a hit or miss… there have been more than a handful of times when my food has been stale or cold and I won’t notice until I’ve left the restaurant and I can’t be bothered to go ask for a fresh replacement… it’s also not usual for the night staff to be rude teenage kids with no customer service
