My boys and I were headed to Lego Land the next day and we got in late. They were starving and wanted to try Boston Market. We walked in 5 minutes to close. The staff that were there told us right away that they had a limited selection so close to close and apologized profusely, but they rolled out the RED CARPET. They only had meat loaf, but my boys LOVE meatloaf, they piled the food so high we could not finish it and had to roll our selves out. The staff took great care of us, then the manger showed up and came over and apologized that they didn't have a lot left at 7:55 at night bringing us cookies. It has been a few months since our trip and was reminded to leave this review because they mentioned last night how awesome their experience was. When you go on a guys vacation for 3 days to hit Lego Land and months later they remember Boston Market treating them like Kings! Well Done! Thanks for being a part of making the trip amazing!

Horrible serviceI went to the Winter Haven Boston Market today. I drove up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes before someone asked to help me. Then I asked how long it would take to get my meal because it took so long to take my order and the cashier didn’t say anything. So I drove off with out placing an order. I didn’t have time to wait another 10-15 minutes for my order. They need to hire qualified employees. I’m sure they are losing business with these type of employees.

Came through driveway thru, want a meatloaf dinner for my elderly mom. I ask for cream spinach they didn’t have ask for sweet potato casserole they didn’t have, I can’t even remember which side I went with. Once I got to window to pay, I paid as I watch 4 young workers play around with food, as I’m watching I see the boy putting food in containers drops the meatloaf, all four of them started laughing, then pick the drop meatloaf off floor and put it in the container and look over to window when he seen me watching he tells the boy at the window there was no more meatloaf but the boy told me hold on he thinks there more went to the heating draw at bottom nothing was there. Then the young manager come from back and tell them it’s some in back, at this point I don’t want I ask for the manager to come over to window so the boy tells her she looks and went back to back. He comes and try to refund me, and I said I ask for the manager. She comes over to window and when I ask her name she said why? I asked her to write her name down for me she wouldn’t. I told her about to boy putting the drop meat back into the container she was laughing. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

You can tell that they were short staffed, but the three gentleman that were working worked very hard to make sure that we were happy, the food was delicious and the customer service was on point. It was my visiting parents first time eating at a Boston market and overall they were very pleased, and they are not pleased easily. Good job to the new manager Mostafa priding himself on the customer service of his workers.

The screens where you look at the menu were out, there was no drive thru anymore, and they had a pretty sparse selection of food. It's almost as if this place is about to go out of business.I've been to a few Boston Markets before, but this was not good. The corn bread tasted like it came from a pre-packaged military MRE. They didn't have any stuffing either, which I thought was a staple here.

While they have delicious food, it was a long wait and a high price to pay for completely cold food. I mean, we took our food straight to the table, I washed my hands and started eating, but the food wasn't even slightly warm. I thought about saying something, but I was too hungry to bother because I hadn't eaten all day. If not, I would have spoken up, but I just crossed my fingers that I wouldn't get sick and ate anyway. Not worth it for cold food.

I think there was a manager on duty, and the green beans were incredibly dry and I mentioned that and the boy stirred them and said that's pretty high quality green beans and that's how they are. But then when I told the girl I was going to take a picture of the green beans she asked me if she want if I wanted her to make some well she brought me some over that looked fabulous but gee you know first impressions

Terrible.... I had not been to a Boston Market for many years. I was very excited to eat lunch (12:30 in the afternoon) as their food was always delicious. We pulled up and noticed there were no customers inside. We thought the inside may be closed. Nope, they were open (should have been a warning). When we approached the counter, the young man quickly begins with what they are out of. The list was long and extensive. It would have been quicker for him to tell us what they had. I ordered the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The white gravy was so chunky and skimmed over, it looked to have been there over night. The meatloaf was not fresh and literally tasted like it was warmed up from the day or two days prior. Extremely dry and crunchy (crunchy meatloaf!) The rolls/corn bread were cold as if they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. The whole time we were there, this place had zero customers (at lunch time on a Saturday!). Stay away from here. You will regret going!!!

Long was extremely long and only had two employees working but it was worth it because the guy in the drive-thru service was just amazing. Even with all the pressure he kept a smile on his face while providing excellent service.

First I went the because of a tmoblie tue coupon. The code didn't end up working which is an ongoing issue with tmoblie. The restaurant was empty. The food looked old and dried out.The menu is abbreviated and doesn't list things like drinks. As well as listing things they don't actually have.I found something I liked and ordered it. I'm not sure why but instead of getting my food or telling me there would be a wait the sweet boy who rang me up just walked away. Another couple came in and he went to help them. When he was done serving them he went back to getting my food. It took about fifteen minutes for us to get out food. (chicken nuggets)Very clean store except the soda machine being disorganized. Many items like lids and forks are from Walmart instead of a restaurant company. The food (chicken nuggets) were very good. And the sweet boy gave us a free drink for the wait.Overall won't be back simply because the taste isn't enough to account for the high prices and sketchy look of the place.Workers were very nice if not a bit young.

Lol…Friday night, out of ribs, crispy chicken, ham, and turkey. So I got what they had left. This is exactly what I received in the pictures. Pulled BBQ chicken is just 2 pieces of chicken with BBQ sauce on it, and the meatloaf with 2 sides is supposed to be mashed potato’s and gravy and sweet potato casserole.I don’t expect it always to be perfect but this shows literally zero effort, zero care, or even attempt to make a $15 meal look appetizing.Need to close this business down.

Save your money and go somewhere else...my husband and I both ordered a chicken meal (no other choice as chicken is all they had) after finding out they had no potatoes or mac n cheese we decided on stuffing and corn....after the man that was working found out how to open the registers (on the phone with I'm guessing the mgr) we received our food...chicken was by far the hottest part of our meal.. the corn and stuffing had no heat at all to them....their cornbread was as dry as the Sahara....nasty conditions in the restaurant... windows had filth all over them etc....definitely lost a customer in us....we won't be back
