I would never order from him again. Please tell me if your offering a promotion you would not mention it to your customers but want to charge full price and state that you have to say it before ordering. Then proceed to get smart out of the mouth as a supervisor and stating you can change it. I believe if you have a key you can change and add the promo. So since you want to be unprofessional and rude waste that food, that’s why you only have a bare minimum of orders because of your nastiness.

Really bad. I went to the McDonalds very nearby and it was packed, so I went to this Burger King. 7pm on a Friday night and not a sole in the place. One car in line. Food was terrible and literally made me sick. I'm reporting this place to the health department. Never had a BG meal make me sick. Avoid this place, which seems to be what a lot of people are doing.

It's been 2 years since my last visit. I stopped going because it would take forever and a day to get your order even if you are the only one in the drive through line. Today's visit was the complete opposite. Super fast service, great food, and happy staff.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. On October 22nd around 8:15-8:20pm me and my family stop by Burger King after visiting Legoland. We went through the drive-through and the young lady told us that she would get back with us in a minute. 13 minutes went by before I pulled forward and noticed nobody else was in line and back back up to the ordering screen. She said once again that she would be with me in a minute. Another 10 minutes went by so I decided to pull up to the window where you would make payment. As I was sitting there watching not only her but two other employees were all standing around laughing and just talking. When she finally seen I was there she came to the window and said can I help you. I asked her what she was doing and why I was sitting in line waiting for so long. The black girl that answered laughed and said “oh my bad” with a very sarcastic tone. Her and the other two guys which one was Nate wearing a name tag named Sebastian we’re all laughing about it. At that point I didn’t feel comfortable with him making any food for me or my family so we just left. Never in my entire life have I sat in a drive-through for that long only to be laughed at and disrespected. Whoever the black girl was Working the drive-through has a very bright future ahead of her

Just don't. There's another location about 5 miles away, it's worth your time and well-being to bypass this one, as you may die of old age waiting.

Awful......as always. Went through drive thru. Had to say hello hello girl says hello we asked are you taking our order she said yes. So after boat we ordered got to window she asked what did you have. We were the only ones in line. We told her she had it wrong on screen got through that part then asked for ketchup oh we are out. I ordered hamburger only ketchup. It had pickels and mustard chicken sand was plain we ordered cheese. Drink had no syrup for flavor in it. It was just water. Every time we go to that burger King they never get anything right. It had been quite awhile so we thought we would try again. Wrong everything messed up like any other time. Left and went and got dinner elsewhere. .even thought paid $14 and some for nothing we could eat or drink. Don't waste your money or time....it is awful and food is awful the fries were even cold so money put the window.

Friendly staff but unfortunately, the food quality is horrible. The food was very disgusting. I’d rather drive further out to the next BK.

We live across the street from this Burger King we probably will never go there again the music was so loud that we couldn’t enjoy our conversations. Something has got to be gone or you are going to lose all the older people’s business. It was just terrible we don’t really understand why they can’t turn it down

Well where do I start! First of all they are very very slow and while my order was given to the wrong person at least I got a free order of onion rings and a Fanta freeze mystery. The Manger was like oh well we gave your order to the wrong person. Oops

This place is awful. The General manager is horrible as well. His poor leadership explains the extended wait times, the lack of preparedness, etc.If you order breakfast food during thre breakfast time, it's reasonable to expect that you should be able to receive it. At this place, don't count on it.

Me my wife and my little brother came here and ate and the people were amazing especially the manager Big and the cashier D they were so friendly and kind they are the mvp’s of this store

It's just ok. They burned my fries (IKR), so they probably deserve a 1 star. Pretty bad when a fast food place can't even get the fries right. Course I was home by the time I found out.

Here I am again. Waiting on the drive thru where they won't let anyone pull forward bc it makes their numbers look bad. this whole place needs to be shut down. All them fired and never allowed to work anywhere againThat is literally how bad this place is. Worthless excuses for human beings. Absolutely horrible
