Have been coming here on occasion for 3 years. Today's lunch had us realize we're not coming back. 12:10, not very busy, but waited long for drinks and mine was wrong ..sent it back. Lunch arrived after another long wait. Chile & chese hot dog...cheese was cold. My burger was cooked nicely, but tomato slice was end with base with stem still attached. Lettuce & onion was handful of salad garnish, with a few odd pieces of mushroom. Server seemed unorganized, and not attentive...Likely no training?? Same may be true in the kitchen. In any event, there are plenty of places to get a hamburger & drink. Not going back to Duke's.

My buddy and I stopped here for dinner 2 weeks ago. Our server, Hanna, was great. We ordered drinks and our meals. My buddy ordered 10 wings (Flappers) with fries and I ordered the Shepherd's Pie with hush puppies. My buddy enjoyed the wings but the fries were cold and the Shepherd's Pie, well don't order this from a non- Irish pub, not even close. Just mashed potatoes and a small amount of chop meat piled on top of one another with some cheese and peas. None the less, would never order that again. Bland and not prepared right. The hush puppies were edible and enjoyed them. Probably won't be back to this location.

I have been here a number of times. Food is ok. Service is questionable. In 3 separate vists when I ordered the special the waitress charged me full price and then blamed the system for the mistake. 1 time maybe, two times doubtful, three times they are doing this on purpose and counting on you not to notice...

Great food and atmosphere! If you’re in the Winter Haven area you should give the wings with Duke’s rub a try. They were great! Also, ask for LiLi she will treat you well! Exceptional Service and Great food and atmosphere!

We have been customers of Dukes for about a year. We go there almost every Tuesday night for Trivia. There have been many weeks we have eaten there about 3 times. Our kids love it. They love the staff. We became best friends with one of their former managers. We met her from being repeat customers. We went to trivia tonight like we do every other night. I text our friend the old manager and said hey when you get off come have a drink and finish Trivia with us! We’re at the table eating and our friend walks in. She walks straight to our table and sits down. She never speaks to anyone, never roams the restaurant, never does anything out of line. Our 3 year old runs up to her immediately and loves on her and starts playing with her. He introduces her to his other friends at the table. Our 11 month old is clawing her way over to her as well. As she is sitting holding our 11 month old before a waitress even gets over to ask her about a drink someone approaches her saying they’ve been told to tell her she’s not supposed to be there. She immediately texts the owner like hey what’s up I was just told I’m not allowed on the property. He responds that he had just boarded a plane but it’s not an issue. As she’s sitting holding our 11 month old the district manager Marty walks out very aggressively trying to intimate and bully her telling her she’s not allowed to be there. She responds I just told to duke the owner and he said it’s cool. He proceeds with his calling the cops and walks off. At this point she decides it’s easier to just leave. She passes the baby back grabs her belongings and heads towards the door without saying a word. Marty the district manager tries to proceed to follow her out the door running his mouth which prompts me to follow so she’s not outside alone. After he tried to follow her out yelling and running his mouth. She decides to sit and wait for the cops. Not only did he cause an unnecessary and unwarranted extremely unprofessional scene in the building in front of customers for no reason he also wasted time of winter haven police officers. He was very aggressive, confrontational, trying to be intimidating and bullying. This should’ve never been an issue. We went from being very regular customers to being unsure if we shall return as long as duke continues to employ Marty.

Managers cozy up to male patrons. Music is loud during NFL and MLB games. Do not recommend this sports bar.
If you want to wait over 30 min for an order of 8 wings and a chicken wrap that was cold when it was given to us, go ahead and visit. The manager said they had problems in the kitchen but that is not our issue, it is his. Server was too attentive. Tried to compensate for the lack of kitchen staff.

We went for the 1st time on 10/16/20. Very clean however we noticed the waitresses were very lax on wearing masks which made us uncomfortable. We later learned that Winter Haven lifted the mandatory mask on this same day. We don't agree with servers not wearing masks but that is an opinion. As for food, they have a great sports bar menu and several hearty options. We had wings and they were great! Everyone in your party should find something. Pre COVID this would be our sports place to go. But we are going to wait awhile before we return.
