My coworker and I ordered online for pick up and all three were messed up. Like they looked at the order and guessed which ingredients went into whichever. Messed up so much so that two didn’t even eat it. Normally never have issues.

One of the worst chipotles ive ever been too i ordered a double chicken bowl and they literally only out cheese and rice nothing else and when i got there the employees were fighting with eachother and a customer def do not come to this chipotle i would rather drive an hour to another and this is not the only time they have messed up my order8 months later and this place got even worse they need to shut this place down period its disgusting the employees are complete idiots and rude as hell i wish this place had a lower review cause 3.5 is way too good for them and if i could give zero stars i would give negative 5 do not give this place your business people work too hard to be treated like this its disgusting

The prep station was unclean, the young man behind the counter used explicit language while conversing with his co-workers, one of the employees comes from sitting in the dining area to the food prep line with his headphones and phone to show a working person his phone screen. The young man in the back on the grill without gloves. The takeout prep station, an absolute MESS. The back kitchen area a disaster. The employees gathered together in the dining area conversing loudly with explicit language. Horrible experience. The rice was undercooked, the protein was cold.

They never ever deliver your order right ..... They always run out of chips which I think is a lie they just turn off the machine and don't want to sell... All the employees look miserable

We usually love chipotle but this location is terrible! This is our 3rd time coming here and they tell us they are out of chicken and steak! They do have meat in the app if we’d like to order from it though!!!! So I ask the kitchen how long for meat in the restaurant and he said less than 5 minutes. Soooooo it’s clear they just want people to leave so they don’t have to do their jobs.

Was about 730 pm. A good line of customers. We waited about 15 minutes to get to the front. The person ahead of me took the last of the brown, no more brown rice. I asked for the limited time chicken (can't remember the name) but, nope out of that too. The girl behind the counter acted as if she didn't want to be there. Now I remember why I do not go there very often.
I’m am so sick and tired of this Chipotle location. No matter the day or time you come here , the workers are so rude . You can speak nicely , ask how they’re doing , etc., and they’re still rude . I understand working is hard and tiring , but being rude to people that did nothing to you is just disgusting behavior . Some of the workers act as if you’re bothering them when you ask for stuff that you’re paying for !!! I see why they do not wear name tags because they do not want anyone being able to call them out .It’s always crowded , they’re always out of stuff , and it’s just not worth the hassle or money at this location.

The staff is friendly, and the food is good, unfortunately they're almost always out of one or more items, which I know is not the employee's fault. They're usually always busy, so there will more than likely be a wait. The portions are lacking as well, even if you ask for extra, the bowl will not be filled up, so I'd recommend ordering in person instead of mobile pick up, that way you can get what you pay for.
