We had such a great experience with them from the beginning; everyone on their team is so kind and went out of their way to make sure the design and the flavors matched what we wanted. They made the perfect cake for our vintage Hollywood-inspired wedding and our guests all loved the flavors! As a bonus, they made AMAZING gluten-free vanilla cupcakes as well; our guests with gluten allergies loved them and said they couldn't even tell they were gluten-free! (They brought one billion of two flavors instead of the correct number of four flavors) then argued and said I changed from four flavors to two when I most certainly did not. Completely unhelpful, completely useless as a company. The cakes they did bring did taste good- they just suck butt on every other level. Would recommend for a quick treat, would not recommend for any important event.

Gourmet Goodies Bake Shop recently did the wedding cake and groom’s cake for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding reception. Both cakes turned out perfectly and were so delicious! I have always loved Desert, but today Gourmet Goodies helped me realize Desert should always be magical. Outstanding customer service doesn't describe the extraordinary kindness and attentiveness shown to me and my fiance. Right outside the bakery, a fountain surrounded by radiant greenery fills the air with nostalgic smells of summer and the soft sounds of a flowing river. To the owners and employees of this fine establishment, thank you for making my day special. Thank you for making me a priority. Thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into not only making a fantastic product but an equally fantastic experience.

Some staff is wonderful and some are very rude. I expect to have a friendly experience each time. I drove over 30 minutes and passed other bakeries on my way, if I had wanted rude I could have went to any random one closer. I drove here because of past my experience but today was not consistent with what I experienced in the past.

I advised them, was told should have put them in the microwave.. how about you put a date on them cause I am sure they were from the week before… not a fan…

Ordered $120 birthday cake for it to be really dry when we tried it at the party. Also, when I told the OWNER my daughter’s name while ordering she said, “What did you do to that poor child?” After complaining I received a 50% refund, but it was a bad experience overall. They even tried to say because I ordered a marble cake that’s why it tasted dry because it takes longer for mixed cake flavors to bake? Okay well if you guys can’t make a moist marble cake maybe don’t offer it on the menu.

The assignment- Beauty and the Beast wedding cake with a classic, elegant understatement with a side of Hidden Mickey. Mission Accomplished! Not only did it hit the mark on design- the cake was absolutely scrumptious! If you’re not a fan of fondant, they may change your mind. The fondant was a thin layer, backed with frosting- not over the top and overdone.Note: the florist added the flowers and added the Minnie and Mickey earrings to the caketopper. (Their mates were in the Bride’s Bouquet and Groom’s Boutonnière to be reunited for the Bride to wear for years to come and remember their special day.)
