For those traveling from out of town, this place is no longer in business. We are traveling from Atlanta and we came across this place and wanted to try it. But when we got there it was something else.

I give it 1 star due to experience. We walked in and it took about 5 minutes for someone to seat us then we waited another 5 minutes to get our menus. This was our first time coming to this restaurant and expected better.The waitress was nice but basically played us, she said our meals came with sides so we ordered our sides, food came first and we still didn’t have our utensils. The food was okay for me, I’d give it a 6/10... When the receipt came, we were charged for the sides. Why were we being charged when she said our meals came with it? Money isn’t the issue because we ended up paying with no complaints AND left the waitress a tip as well but we would never take out service nor recommend anyone going there due to their greedy-ness.

Excellent food at affordable prices. The Cajun Street Tacos were very tasty. You can get two or three with your order. They are big tacos, so two did me just fine. It also comes with two sides. I chose the red beans and rice twice. They were excellent too, and I had enough food leftover for lunch the next day. Our waiter, Mikey, was highly attentive and did a great job! Overall, t

We came to this place not knowing what to expect. We were greeted with a smile. We asked the waitress what she would recommend. She said the "Johnny's Jambalaya". So we ordered one and an "Traditional Jambalaya". Both were excellent. The service was great. But when we ordered dessert, which they had two to choose from. Pecan Praline Cheesecake and Beignets. I ordered the Beignets and the wife ordered the cheesecake, the waitress came back and said they were out of the pecan praline topping. So we didn't get the cheesecake. Overall I give them a 4 out of 5.

So sad that covid slowed business for them..I hope they survive this craziness.the food was great..the service was fantastic. Just wish they had oysters.. I definitely recommend..

Me and my husband just left there. Great service but probably the worst seafood I’ve ever had. Crawfish were freezer burnt and gator was old. We did not eat any of our food and they only took off 3$. As soon as we left my husband started feeling sick from old food they are serving! Steer clear of this place! Food is disgusting! Will not be back and do not recommend!!!
I have had several meals at this Winter Haven "sleeper". The seafood is excellent and the service staff are always friendly and efficient. They make you feel right at home. Johnniy's Jambalaya and the Cajun Jumbo Boiled Shrimp are two of my favorites! Don't forget to add the Baby Red Potatoes and try the Char Brolled Oyster appetizer. I would certainly recommend visiting this dining delight!

If you’d like great jambalaya, they’ve got it. As with a lot of other reviews, the place was nearly empty. But service was great, and so was the food. Prices are great, 2 meals and 2 beers for $40+, including tip. This is not a fancy 5 star restaurant, in particular, the bathrooms need a little work, but the food is great.

Great food, great service, not crowded. Will definitely eat there again when I’m in town. It was surprising how few people were there considering the food was so good. Hidden gem for sure.
