We went to the McDonalds on 893 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33884 twice this week around 6:30 am and it was closed. One person said the manager wasn't there yet. You need a new manager! We left and went somewhere else, twice.

I just wanna know what the employees are smoking to burn it this bad on one side??And then I ordered biscuits and gravy and they gave me just a bowl of gravy.Start drug testing your employees please because how do you manage to do that

I was driving around the restaurant at 10:56 pm and the cashiers in the drive thru window saw me. I drove around the restaurant to get to where I order and right before I got there they turned the lights off in the drive thru before 11 PM. It was literally 10:57. All I wanted was a coke. They actually were joking around laughing because they meant to disappoint me by not letting me order. I never go to McDonalds and this experience was definitely a reminder why I shouldn’t even bother stopping at these unhealthy fast food restaurants, I guess I didn’t need that coke anyway. It was a sign and I’ve decided I’m not drinking any more that was a bad habit. Thank you to the hateful employees.
