service is absolutely horrible , we’ve been waiting on a pick up order for twenty minutes now and no one has came and greeted us , a girl named Kaylyn continues to look at us , a girl named Kelly counties to look at us including the manager who is just talking to one of the employees on the line , while Continuously looking at me and my partner . ordering the staff food and completely ignoring the ones who have been in front of the register for TWENTY minutes , without even being spoken to . Not one but two employees just came and ordered food , manager came and gave the finger for approval AND STILL WAS NOT SPOKEN TO.

I love ❤️ the Havendale location, so that makes this review all the more difficult to write because this specific location, which is closer to home, needs IMPROVEMENT! And this review is based on MULTIPLE visits because I get busy. I get stuff happens. I'm in the service industry. But my kids could run this location better. The food is wrong. Cups aren't full. Or have virtually no ice. Frappe machine down. Orders are wrong. S L O W! When someone does finally come out....slowwwwly...they seemed lost and dazed. There is 0% sense of urgency or smiles! Come on.. you get paid GOOD MONEY! SMILE! Where is team building and management?! I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll do better in the future, but not without some internal changes, unfortunately. ?

Checked hours before driving over. States they open at 5 am. We pulled into the drive through around 5:40 we sat there for 5 minutes and nobody answered. I went to the window and the lady looked at me and then proceeded to ignore me. Also tried calling and they wouldn’t pick up.

So, went to get the Shamrock ☘️ McFlurry as always, 1. It came melted, 2. Not in the traditional cup and stir spoon, 3. The lady at the window had the snottiest attitude when we asked for spoons (yeah, they didn't give us spoons for 3 McFlurries), 4. The McFlurries were not stirred barely at all with all the cookies on top and straight ice cream on bottom. So the Price goes up and quality goes waaayyyyyy down? Bet I will go to DQ from now on. Wish I could add a picture.
