Made an online order around 7:30pm and chose to pick it up in the dinning room. Waited almost 30 mins for my order. They had 7-8 employees in the back and 5 of them were just standing around eating. The only one working hard was the older lady making the fry’s and pushing orders out the window. The other 2 were doing the bare minimum. I felt so bad for the door dash driver that was also picking up. He said almost half his pick up orders to that location get cancelled by customer because of how long it takes to get the food. The night shift really needs to tighten up.

We have alot of McDonald's in my county, and even worked at one before. But at this location is by far my favorite. The staff is always friendly even if you catch them around they business time you still get greeted with a smile. Service is fast and good ? , so far no complaints from me and I will continue to come back. Thank you guys for all your hard work ?

Worst McDonald's around. Wait over 10 minutes for a simple BEC biscuit and hash brown. Will absolutely never go to this pathetic place again. Horrible management. Need new management fast! Stay away unless you don't mind wasting time.

Pulled up to the drive through at 5 AM to 7 cars ahead of us. Sign on the door says the dining room opens at 5:00 so we decided to go in, but the door was locked. We were spotted immediately by an employee inside, who quickly left our view. Over the next several minutes other employees were seen moving through the dining room and kitchen, making sure not to make eye contact. Remember we're still locked out. Eventually, who I believe was the opening manager, let us in and apologize for the wait. She was the only one that seemed to care about customer service. I realize it's 5 AM. But I also realize all of this could have been avoided by staff arriving at least an half hour earlier. Oh yeah. The drink station was in shambles and the floor was sticky from the night before. None of the people working were at fault. It's a upper management issue. Do turn into Popeyes.

This McDonald's is definitely one of the best in my area, the staff in the morning and during lunch is so sweet, my food is always delicious and my order is never wrong. I appreciate them so much for always working hard and being so kind. My favorite McDonald's.
