If i could give this place 0 stars i would’ve. Super disappointing every-time. This is now the 10th time i’ve tried ordering from here and each time my order is canceled basically the second i get there. After i’ve already left my house and drove the 30 minutes up there to pick it up. THESE WORKERS ARE LAZY!! It’s not because they are out of something, it’s simply because they don’t want to do it. I saw with my own eyes that all the ingredients were infact there. But they decide to cancel the order everytime.

I had four people with me and one person got all my food done quickly.I went to go sit down and the table was very wobbly and almost dropped my food but I ignored it.I went to another table and felt something on my leg and realized the table was peeling.However I did enjoy my food.Overall decent experience
So slow!!!!! One person on front 1 in back... unacceptable!! Especially on a Saturday. You should have more staff on. This poor guy is over worked, and underpaid. Also the store is dirty... broken tables and no straws ....

Took my family here for dinner, there was one guy working everything. He was friendly. His coworker, came out the bathroom, and seemed like he didn't want to be there. The food was old and burnt! Today, the next day, my wife has food poisoning. I told her, we should have went to Chipotle!

The nachos salad meat tasted spoiled. I usually gets a nachos salad but this one on Wednesday after tasted very BAD like it was spoiled. I got the ground beef g or my meat.

Had the most awkward interaction yesterday at this location. Walk in and there is a sign sitting on the counter stating that you can make ANY taco a blazing taco just ask for the red shell. Start my order for a veggie taco and ask for the red shell when the guys working behind the counter start freaking out. Saying they cannot do that and that they would get in trouble with Jason and Jason would fire them if they used the red shell on anything other than the birria taco. We point out the sign on the counter that says ANY taco. They advise that Jason would fire them if he caught them using that shell because once it’s out of stock that’s it no more red shells. They made an exception since Jason wasn’t in at that time. They then state they should just put it in a box and make us build our tacos ourselves. They also didn’t know how to charge for our veggie tacos so they decided to charge us with veggie tacos, confusing. Then the people that came in after us appeared to order tacos and asked for the same shell and the guys behind the counter, basically yelling says, “WELL I DID IT FOR THOSE GUYS I GUESS I CAN DO IT FOR YOU” and everyone turned and stared at us. Idk what’s going on here but someone needs some customer service training. Idk who Jason is but if he’s constantly threatening to fire people maybe he should be fired!
We had a wonderful dining at Moe’s. Kristin helped prepare our meals and regularly checked up on us to make sure we were doing good. We truly got a restaurant experience unlike any other place.

First time trying Moe's. I heard the food was good and they did not disappoint. Food was delicious and you get to pick your choices to create your own dish. They give eanty of tortillas for more than one meal. I will definitely be back. Love this place.Parking: Free, close parking.
