I agreed to wait for 15 min for pepper chicken. I asked for soy sauce-ONLY, please. ...when I recved my order, I HAD 1 SS AND 2 OF EVERY OTHER SAUCE!!! And, the side orders, of spring rolls & cream cheese ragoons, WERE COLD.

You know what to expect with the food. That's really not the issue. The issue is how cheap this restaurant is with every little sauce packet they have in the back. How are you not going to give one sauce packet, not one, for an order over $35. Multiple times now. Ridiculous and petty cheapness.

Ordered with my family, and even though we asked for sauce, not one packet of sauce was given. Ridiculous, considering we were a large group. I've seen other complaints about the lack of sauce from other reviews, specifically regarding this location. No soy sauce, no teriyaki sauce ( even though we had 3 orders of chicken teriyaki).

Did not know they were out of ice and got a warm bottle of Coke Zero. Manager told me he had to reset the ice machine and that they were out of ice and there was nothing he could do about it and walked away. Very RUDE!
