Delivery drivers are very efficient on making on time deliveries. I had one driver get in a rush to forget my drink and went back to the store for it. I do get my food accurate, both hot and fresh out of the oven. My drivers know how to find my location now than they did last Fall when Google maps had it wrong. The drivers are friendly and I never had to call the store for any complaints.The pizza melts are very good but the all Meat flavor is what I generally order.I still like Domino's but Pizza Hut has a $10.99 large 3 topping pizza that is $2.00 cheaper, Also Pizza lets you order 4 drinks on a deal any time you want.I have been getting hot and fresh food and cold Pepsi. The bread sticks can get cold fast but are delivered warm. Pizza Hut does use Door Dash to make deliveries when they are needed. It shortens the wait times on busy nights.

Apparently, it's their new business practice to sell you a product, but not give it to you. Then instead of having in-house delivery guys that can rectify your order if something is wrong, instead they use Door Dash. But because you didn't specifically order through Door Dash, you have no recourse through their app to get a refund on missing items. And to top it off, they would NOT answer a damned phone even after a solid half hour of back to back calls.This is for the location at 721 3rd St SW, Winter Haven, FLSo enjoy that $7 that you screwed me out of last night. Spend it well. Because you'll never see another dime from me. And Pizza Hut as a whole. Because until corporate steps in and gets this nonsense handled, you can be rest assured this will continue to happen at branches across the nation.

Ive rated this location 5 stars previsouly, however last nights delivery had our whole family ILL within the hour! Please manager crew, everyone experiation dates? dough? SAUCE (very hazzardous) cheese? cross contamination? I understand things happen , and still We have two whole toxic pizzas...wondering if this location is now blacklisted forever too risky. ? HEADS UP TO possibly prevent this from happening to more families!
