this is the worst popeyes. the food is good but every single time i go to the drive thru i have to wait at least 10 minutes before they take my order, and i have to repeat myself multiple times because they apparently cant hear. my order is always right on the screen but then when i get to the window something is ALWAYS missing. never once have they given me my complete order. and they never remember my drink so i have to sit there at the window even longer waiting for them to come back to the window and tell them i did not get my drink yet. go to the auburndale popeyes its much better. not to mention the horrible setup of this drive thru practically running my car over the curb to get out because its so tiny

Food was just ok. Very poor svc - took a long time to be able to order, didn't know that they don't have boneless wings, it is $1 a wing and can't mix different types of wings for one box, no matter the count. Took a long time to get the order.Place is unkempt and not in a bad section of town, but i wouldn't feel comfortable eating there, much less peeing there.

Chicken was OK. They need to fire everyone working there including the manager. The servers were rude and smart mouths. We were treated like we were enemies by very racists personnel. They did not want us there. They were walking around on their cell phones and ignoring everyone and didn't even care about the service. My family will never return.

Had an hour lunch it was 1:30. This place sucks. Only had 8 minutes to eat lunch when I finally got through there. Did not get my cocktail sauce with the surf and turf shrimp. Was supposed to be two different orders of six piece wings . one was honey the other was supposed to be sweet and spicy. They Stuck it all in one box, no sauce on any of the wings. Gave spicy wings . that is not what I ordered. Online order , had to show the man my phone cuz he couldn't find the order that was already prepaid online. This place is ridiculous.
