Location! Location! Location! This Publix is in a fantastic location for anyone visiting the Legoland area and needs some supplies. I literally left out of Legoland exit and went straight across the street it seemed. Made it super easy to pick up a few things I forgot to pack and pick up a few snacks and drinks. They seem to be well stocked and carry a lot more variety than the average Publix store as well. There is plenty of parking and they have public restrooms. The prices are...well...Publix prices, but the location is wonderful and made life easy.

prices are fair inventory is limited so if you're looking for something less common you'll likely have to look elsewhere. Just don't go on sunday... not sure what the law is but liquor stores in Winter Haven aren't open on Sunday...

Publix Liquors Scam! Publix is running a buy one, get one $10 off on Hornitos tequila, which they, and everyone else sells for around $34. I went in to buy it and lo and behold!--they raised the price to $47 for the duration of their "sale". Outraged at Publix's tricks, I walked out empty handed, promising myself I will never shop at their liquor stores again. Not something I would expect from Publix.

There is a reason, well, several reasons that I can point directly at to explain the rise of Publix to the very definition of what a supermarket should and could be here in the southeastern United States. First, Publix has amazing customer service. You are continuously greeted by the employees as you walk through the supermarket. They also will address any question or concern you might have. Customer service is just one thing that sets Publix apart. Another thing is their weekly BOGO (buy one, get on free) deals. Every week they have a slew of great deals. We also cannot forget their subs, affectionately known as pub subs. These are great subs. One of my main go to subs their Italian. I also like their roast beef and cheese. My daughter, who is not a huge sandwich fan, even likes their chicken tenders subs. My son, who does like sandwiches, likes their Italian sub, as well. Kind of weird to realize that some of the best subs come from a supermarket, but Publix definitely delivers. Oh, another thing that I am a fan of is the Publix diet iced tea, available over by the deli section. The deli is also pretty impressive. You can get cakes and whatnot, but I really like their bread and they also have pizza dough do that you can make your own homemade pizza. All in all, Publix is a great supermarket and it is my go to supermarket. If you have been to Publix, I am sure you will understand. If you are not familiar with Publix supermarket, try them once and you will be a fan. Publix has come a long way since they began here in Florida. They have expanded throughout the southeast and continue to grow. As I said, I do recommend Publix, definitely the best supermarket around.
