Stayed at this resort for 10 days , morning staff is great , dinner staff is trash , horrible, food is disgusting ?….. water is tap water , sweet tea tastes like it was a week old , steak had absolutely no flavored drenched is oil , so gross , hamburger super greasy no flavor in the meat , only thing I liked there was Cuban sandwich smh

Are there twice for the breakfast buffet. Extremely busy and crowded. It's not actually a breakfast buffet! The server brought a platter to our table, as my family has varying dietary needs I asked for other things that were not on the standard buffet and our server was so visibly frustrated every time I asked him to get something. I would have loved to have gotten it myself but like I said it's not a buffet your server has to bring every single thing to you whether that is jelly, ketchup, sugar, tea, etc. The next day I ordered to go so I wouldn't have to deal with it an overstressed overworked server and they forgot close to half of what I asked for up front. I just felt like I was bothering everybody. If it's their design that it's not a buffet and you're still tipping the server, the server shouldn't roll their eyes at you when you ask for jelly to put on your biscuit or what kind of cereals they have for your kid.

This was pathetic. If I can give this a .2 star review I would. I paid way too much money at this resort to eat this watered down pasta. The reviews do not lie.

Rose was a doll we had her for breakfast as well...only good thing about that place was her Sandy's does not offer non pork products which I thought was not right also they advertise they do dinner but you can't take away dinner you have to take away from their lunch menu...which sucked and it was limited order..I was forced to go eat it there not wanting to and what I didn't finish I took it with me back.. like seriously ?The amores fireplace was a joke they said it stared at 700pm by 700pm no one came with no explanation...they need to get there act together

Pro: Breakfast is excellent. They serve family style. Con: 20-30 minute wait to be seated for breakfast. That is around the 8:30-9:00am time frame.

The staff here was so nice, friendly, entertaining and helpful. The meals here were so much more relaxing than the madhouse across the street. Quality of food was very good as well. Our granddaughter could not get enough of the scrambled eggs each morning. Our grandson favored the pancakes, but liked everything, except the pancakes. They also had cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, etc that they will bring you. We really liked it as well. And they Lego sandcastle play area was awesome.

The rides in the park are horrible need a lot of maintenance and they ride as if they were a county fair not smooth ride at all!!! The waterpark I wouldn’t even consider it a water park very small. Rapids waterpark in West Palm Beach is better and bigger. The theme park needs lots of maintenance everything looks faded in old does not make you feel like a fantasy world as if you You were in Disney. The hotel room was very small the elevator in the hotel was horrible. The staff in the hotel Are no help at all.Don’t waste your money go to another park any other park not Legoland worst park and resort ever created

The place is very family friendly. Employees are very nice and helpful. The lego area is great so you can let your kids playing while you finish your breakfast or other meal. Even if breakfast has lots of fried items, you can easily find alternatives like bread, fruits, cold cuts and cheese. Enjoy your stay !
The rooms are slightly small, but if you’re there for all the other activities offered, then size of room doesn’t matter. All the staff we interacted with were awesome. The s’mores were great, walking distance to the main building was fine. Breakfast items could be hard, but there are a lot of choices. The resort is tied in with the hotel so we could do activities over there also. We took a pontoon boat ride with Capt, Rue and loved the ride. The capt was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great guy. He knew about the area, hurricanes, vegetation, animal life, and Legoland. I’d ride with Capt. Rue again. On our last night, a drunk driver hit a transformer and knocked out power for the cabins in our area. Chris, on the night staff, was extremely helpful in moving us.

Stayed at Legoland Beach Retreat. We had our son's 8th BD dinner at Sandy's. Portions are huge and food is very good. Service was above average. Lots of screaming kids throwing Legos. I feel for the staff, but they make it work.

It was a beautiful property to stay on. The rooms were adorable and perfect for me and my daughter. I couldn't imagine a larger family staying there due to the one bathroom and tight quarters. However, there's plenty of activities to do outside of the room. My 9 year old daughter loved it! We even visited the hotel lobby to see if that's something we may book in the future but she insists on staying at the resort for when we do return.

We loved it be sure to Check Groupon for deals. Dinner and breakfast there was good. Legoland is just across the road and they give you a free parking voucher or you can take the shuttle. Rooms are a bit smaller than the hotel but neat. Pool was fun wirh sand and playground all in same fenced in area. Would be fun to go with a group of friends and have bungalows near each other.

My family and I took a trip to Legoland Beach Retreat for my son’s 9th birthday! Let us just say it was GREAT! My kids enjoyed the trip so much. The bungalow we had was very clean! There was a separate sleeping area for the kids, which is amazing! We had breakfast included which was also great! We also ventured to legoland park which was conveniently across the street! The experience was positive and I recommend for children!
