Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever had in my entire life never have I been to a place more lazy and unresponsive in my life I call them at least 15 times and not a single answer and when I go there they absolutely ignore me completely

My sister ordered a sandwich and corn dog last night the bread had mold all over it and the corn dog looks like it was dropped in the fryer another second time or third time. She is pregnant. She could have gotten sosick from this. She ordered three doordash so they did refund the money but that is not the point. There is no way they made that sandwich fresh and did not realize that there was mold on that bread I will be taking further action on this.

I went to the happy Hour 1/2 drink , so i ordered a med milkshake, i asked the employee about 1/2 milkshake and he said its not included funny thing is in Lakeland it is....and is not about the money, it's about false advertising.. i copied this from website,Every afternoon from 2 pm-4 pm, many locations offer classic favorites like slushes, shakes, and ice cream for half the regular price. It's a great way to sample a new flavor or simply indulge in an old favorite

Got the wrong milkshake, but had already started to drive off. Didn't realize it before I backed out of driveway. But it was tasty. Just a surprise it was Oreo cookie ice cream and not the cheesecake one I had ordered

The food was cold went brought to us. I went to door asked if they could just heat it up she rudly said step outside the door . She came to our table with attitude we said all food was cold she showed no concern said she would remake it I said no just want money back.. this was the worst with food cold and workers attitude. Very disappointed because the sandwich was good just too cold . Only gave one star it wouldn't let me post with out a star

The service I received over the phone and in person by the very bubbly and friendly asst. manager made my night so much better! I wish I could have seen her name tag. I enjoyed my experience here. The food was great, as always, and was delivered quickly. The order was accurate. I'll definitely be back! I loved the sale on the footlongs! Can't forget to mention that we love Erica at the window! She's so efficient and genuine. She's the best thing about this place!

Food was great. My poppers and grape nerd slush were on point. But the eating area outside is a little sketchy. Fans were falling off the ceiling and one of the two ordering things were busted. But I'd get food there again.

I have visited this Sonic location in Winter Haven a few times and the food quality has been mostly good, but inconsistent. I have had some issues with food temperature, but it mostly has been good. The service has always been good and very friendly. My main complaint is the overall cleanliness of the rest rooms, which seem to be an issue at a few Sonic locations that I have visited. I wouid come again, but is not my first choice.
