I am not pleased at all with my order. I ordered online, as always. When I reached the restaurant, my order was not on the pick up rack. It was behind the counter, the chips were wrong, and I was told to get my own chips. When I reached home, the bread was not what I asked for, it was the white bread and I ordered Italian Herb and cheese. When I called to the restaurant, it took forever for someone to answer. When he finally did, he really didn't say anything to my complaint. So, I'm not happy about the service at all. I just ask that they pay attention to detail and have the correct order ready when the customer gets there.

I went in today March.2 2024 at 12:20 and didn’t get out til 1:10 almost an hour wait. There were just 2 employees working. A girl and a guy, the guy was doing well but the girl seem to be more in the back and you could tell she just wasn’t in the mood to work. A couple had a large order ahead of me and that was fine. But I was next for what ever toppings I wanted and I had Waited about 40 mins. My sandwich’s were cold… and she decides to step away and leave me waiting just to fix something in the back…. She had 1 percent customer service. I won’t be going again any time soon. And then to be charged $18 for a half sandwich and a flatbread was ridiculous (no drinks, no chips or cookies?!?!). About 4 people on line walked out because they were waiting too long. It was ridiculous especially if you’re going on your lunch break and have 30 mins. They should know better and have more staff. I’m done.

We just arrived past closing and Darrel who was working allowed me and my kids to come in and made our subs. Darrel had a Great attitude were most wouldn’t have. You need more employees like him on your team.Best experience at a Subway ever.Thanks,

Greeted very nicely upon entering. Place is clean and fresh. Smells like an old fashion bakery. I wanted a Flatizza but the store doesn't have them .But the Young gentleman hooked me up with a very tasty pizza like fold over flat bread he made that tasted great ooohwee gooey cheesy. He was awesome . Great friendly attitude and good sense of humor .. I highly recommend

The management of this store really don't seem to care about it. Always staff issues. Always running out of prepped goods. Such a shame as it used to be my go to Subway when in Winter Haven.

Absolutely terrible, I have included a photo of my 6 inch veggie that was supposed to be all the veggies. Ordering online is useless, done 20 minutes after the app said it was done. Go to the subway inside walmart to get what you paid for. This sandwich was just sad.

Probably worst subway in winter haven.tired to get a garlic roast beef sub. After starting my sub they realized they didn't have any roast beef. This is after having to repeat what cheese three times. Finally after they made the Oster sub in the order, I asked if they could use steak instead and they did. I then ordered a large drink with my sub. After paying, I went to make an unsweetened tea and they didn't have unsweet tea. When I asked if they could make some, the guy behind the counter shrugged his shoulders and said I guess they didn't make any today then walked away. Subway is already bottom of my list on places to eat but after this I will probably not go back to one again.
To slow them down and have only one person working, we need to wait for them to finish the Uber Eats or whatever delivery service like 3 sandwiches to start with ours. The Soda dispenser not working properly almost every flavor has water. The place looks clean but needs a better attitude.

Don’t place an order for pick up in advance you still have to have your order made when you get there and if there is people in line you have to wait for the employees to finish the line before they start making your food.

Like a root canal. I went around noon. The employee was halfway done with my Subway club, when he informed me they were all out of roast beef, I asked for pepperoni instead they said they would upcharge me. I reluctantly agreed, we got to where they had condiments & he told me they were out of mayonnaise too. I polity told them I didn't want the sandwich. Everyone in line walked out once they heard they didn't have condiments to make sandwiches. Nobody really seemed to care anyway. Avoid this place like the plague. If they don't care about that they probably don't care about food safety either.
