I went here to get 2 six in. Sandwich deals and 2 free cookies, and the prissy little manager said " YOU CAN ONLY GET ONE SANDWICH PER CUSTOMER" then I tried using the 1 free cookie W/ purchase of any item, and She smartmouthed " YOU CAN EITHER GET THE SANDWICH, OR THE FREE COOKIE. WHICH ONE WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE"? My father and I won't be going back. And besides that, THE BREAD TASTED STALE. My father couldn't even chew it.

“Sandwich Artist “ thru my sandwich together, barely spoke, never addresses me. I got a meal, there was no ice and half of the drinks were out. They gave me money back for my drink, but she was very rude.

Customer service was poorI asked to have my sandwich cut in half with wrapper on it. The representative kept stating I cut in half. She walked to the back and when returned I explained to her that I wanted her to cut it with the wrapper, she got very rude and said we dont do that, it's against policy and said I will do it this time but it want be a next time. I know that against policy was not true. I have always had them cut my sandwich in half with the wrapper. She is the first subway employee to respond to me like that. I told her that her customer service skills was poor and she had a bad attitude. She identified herself as the manger and told me to leave. With her nastiness she is right it will never be a next time. Never let a crappie person still your joy.

Very unpleased w my overall experience w this store. Not only did they give me hair in my food that was discovered after a bit and had the hair my family members mouth. I received the most unprofessional resolution to the issue. The very rude young smart mouthed boy rudely and sloppily remade 1 of my 5 purchased subs and refused to remake the others and refused to give me a simple cookie as an apology then after speaking w a manager and the owner about this I was told all the subs will be remade and they will give me some free cookies as well. Just to have the owner call me back about 10mins later and refused to remake all the food now only offered to remake 1 sandwich. Needless to say we didnt eat the other 4 subs assuming they had hair as well. This place is ghetto and is ran like a child is in charge very unprofessional place and extremely rude staff down to the managers and the owner! Im out over 50$ n I will never give them another dime of my $ and will make sure my family and friends are aware of this place, they should be avoided at every chance possible unless u want hair in ur food and want to be treated like it your own fault the hair is in it.

Worse subway ever. This is the first subway I go to and the workers don’t want to put veggies ? on a protein bowl. I literally pay for the meat and the plastic bowl because she did not want to put the veggies I ask for. They have poor customer service. Never ? coming back here and I don’t recommend it to no one. If you want a good service and good food find another subway and don’t come to this one.

1st the staff was slow as turtle 2nd my sub had hardly any Condiments on it like they are afraid to give any cuz they have to make more or something even after asking multiple times its like they don't care and for as much as I had to pay for my sub only (8.39) I should have been able to get me some lettuce n pickles that's all I asked for n that's all that was on my Tuna Sub. worst Subway ever. N I emailed the manager she sent an automated email with the worst apology ever saying hope to see you soon!! really... not ever!!! Just thought I would put this out there cuz this isn't the 1st time this was there 2nd chance.

i was very disrespected by the one person that was working there friday 02/24/23. i came up to the counter and told her i had 2.00 and told her i just wanted a small drink, she said it was 2.14 and took the 2.00 and put it in the register and i told her that i knew i had change in my purse and started going through it and she gave me a nasty look so i asked her if she had a water cup or something i could purchase for the 2.00 she already put in the register and she said no then i pulled out .04 and handed that to her and stuck my hand back in my purse to get more and very rudely she looked at me and said ,( IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONEY!), i thought for this women to act so impatient and so quick to judge my my situation and to treat me like i had no dignity, i figured she had no dignity for herself.

Was waiting in line with other customers. There was two workers which isn't bad. What was bad is each worker fixed subs from start to finish. Other customers in line other than myself and one worker decided he was going to take break now instead of finishing up with existing customers. I can see why this one never has any business

We make frequent stops at Subway, but haven't been in this one in a few years. Did some Walmart shopping and since they weren't busy went in for lunch. Big mistake. With 2 employees , no one in line and the place had a few Walmart employees sitting in a booth, we waited several minutes before being spoken to. Once spoken to it wasn't nice at all. The employee got the bread out which looked old, veggies were definitely old. Cucumber was slimy and spinach was wet with black edges so it was also going bad. I asked if they had any fresh veggies and the new garlic aïoli they advertise and the response was NOPE... Nothing else said, no explanation, no apologies. Continuing to see how bad the toppings were and our treatment I noticed more around us. The place was filthy so we apologized saying I'm sorry but we won't be needing to make a sub after all and they said nothing so that was that. This location was the absolute worst I've ever seen, and the way we were treated was just as bad. We love Subway but will never attempt eating at this location again. When you see the pictures below realize that this is around 11 AM in the morning, not the end of the day so it gives you a good idea of just how filthy it was.

I ordered on the app and then picked up my order. They took off the items I didn't want on my sandwich, but they did not put extras of the items I wanted extra. There was no one in the store, don't know why they didn't read directions. The bread was stale, too.
