Not sure if it is this location alone, or Subway restaurant in general. Pricing has gone through the roof, and service in the gutter. It's almost as if the Dollar General bought out Subway and are using the same policies. Understaffed and overpriced. The employees who are there, are trying but they need help.

Whoever trained the person making subs tonight January 19th, around 6:30 needs to go back to training themselves. The boy at the window acted completely lost. They messed up my sub. No double lettuce. No tomatoes at all. Only one sliver of purple onion. No oil and vinegar. What sucks is having a sub without enough lettuce and zero tomatoes! I waited forever too. Why can't these places train their staff. And I have called and called. It has rang over 150 times. So apparently the ringer is off, or they don't want to answer.

This location has changed in terms of service. Speedy, understanding and cheaper than the one I normally go to in lake Wales. There's one in lake Wales where I normally go to. I get the number 33. $20 for a foot long no chips no drink. This location charged me $12 for the exact same thing. Number 33, no chips no drink.

EDITED REVIEW: [Edit located at bottom]I used the online ordering to order two sandwiches for my coworker and I, and when I arrived back to work for us to eat, both were without bacon.I attempted to call the restaurant to inform them and figure out how to get compensation for the product paid for but not provided, and there was no answer.[EDIT]It turns out that corporate knows of the phone issue and has yet to resolve it.I went in to inform the crew working about the problem, with receipt in hand, and they were plenty accommodating. I was informed that I could come in tomorrow to get the lunches remade, but as my weekend schedule is overnights, it wouldn't be possible. After informing them of this, they elected to just refund the purchase as it was the most expeditious manner to resolve the situation without any sour feelings across the board.
