Unfortunately on my last (ever) visit on 3/15/24, a giant RAT ran out of the kitchen and up to the front where a couple was sitting in the window. The staff saw it, and we made eye contact, and I said “that’s not good.” The waitress simply nodded and walked away. All the staff just kept going about their business while guests murmured about the incident.Then the RAT crawled up onto the trellis in the front window, over the couple’s head, and jumped back to the floor, running back toward the kitchen.It wasn’t until this point that the staff seemed to be discussing a plan of action. For whatever reason, the other patrons mostly laughed and squealed and didn’t seem to think this was a huge deal. I left and will never be back. The staff didn’t say a word to customers, didn’t comp meals, didn’t shut down service. Unbelievable experience.

I ordered delivery and the sushi was tiny (like really tiny), lacked flavor and had barley anything in them. Just tasted like fried food. Never in my life have I ordered 3 rolls and still been hungry at the end. Needless to say I was super disappointed.

Sushi was good. Menu is very difficult to read. Crab rangoons were not my favorite and I love them. These had a very chunky middle and different taste. The steak and vegetable dish we had was not very good.

Once I picked my order up I noticed I didn’t see any yum yum sauce in the bag. They pour the sauce in the same container as the food. The noodles look like Ramen noodles. And the steak looked pre-cooked and dry with teriyaki sauce poured over it. Waste of money. Would never come here again. Would just take that drive to Kobe’s.

My husband and I come here all the time and sit at the bar top in front of the sushi chefs. It's so cool watching them roll every thing. We have tried about half of the specialty rolls and everything is very good. Service is always mellow and friendly people.

We got some good service while we were there. We enjoyed the food. It was nice as the restaurant was pretty quiet. I had the steak bento box and my wife had some sushi. The box was sold at a very fair price, and my wife enjoyed her sushi. It is a place we will try again.Parking: There is a free parking lot / parking garage close to the restaurant.
Cozy, hidden gem in Winter Haven. Fresh and tasty sashimi and sushi. Generous portions with reasonable prices. The icing on the cake is the welcoming and friendly staff. We were instantly pleased and plan to become regulars.

Great little restaurant in downtown Winter Haven. The sushi was very fresh and delicious with a good assortment of nigiri and specialty rolls. Service was excellent as well. Will definitely be back soon.

I ordered take out. My order was ready on time and I paid the $27.00 for my appetizer and special roll. When I opened my meal at home they had given me the wrong appetizer. They gave me house salad instead of the seaweed salad with spicy tuna I had paid for. The roll I ordered was really small and not great. I will not eat there again.

One of the best sushi places we've found with lots of variety. We've eaten sushi in NYC and Boston due to travel and this place rates on the "very good/repeater" in our minds. Their servers are fast and offer extras like sauces you might not thing of. The ambiance is traditional and comfortable. We get take out but also enjoy eating in because it's fresher if you eat it right away. No complaints here just compliments because they work hard to keep us happy.
