No one to take your order. You have to use the self-serve kiosks. The fries weren't good at all. They had a funny taste too them like they were cooked wrong.

Do not leave the drive thru without checking your food. I literally looked at my bags and thought, nah, it’ll be fine. I was so worried about the bags of food I didn’t realize I left 3 Frosty's. I tried calling immediately but goes right to answering machine.I’ve left 2 messages and am hoping someone will read this

I was in drive thru and the car at the pick up window was giving back the food they received, I'm guessing it was wrong. I was 2 cars back and it was taking to long for them to fix the other car's order so I left. Also I have received the wrong food from this Wendy's before so I wasn't in the mood to deal with carelessness.

We went for early lunch at this Wendy, and we were very disappointed. I can't agreed with the opinions of all my friends. But my opinion of the food was ok, not excellent, I seen worst at other fast food. The cashier wasn't too patient on taking my order while I was asking a 78, 67, and a 85 years old individual, I didn't like that. The restaurant it self was nasty dirty for been 11:45 in the morning, although the rest rooms were clean, the tables and the counters were sticky. Definitely my last time in that place. Cleanliness in a fast food is responsibility of the management of the store over their employees.

My sister and I stopped in for a quick hamburger and French fries. We were not greeted by anyone and we were confused about how to order our food. We stood at the front entrance confused because there wasn’t any front counter. We finally figured out that we were standing at the order station and there were computer screens for ordering. To make a long story short, an employee finally came and told us to put the order in using the screens and she would come take our money when done. And she did, while also applying our coupon. But then after she was done, she came back when we were getting our drinks. We had to wait for her to fill drinks for the drive through before we got ours.This store needs some work to better serve customers. It’s a small Wendy’s but the design is totally off. If you come in the other door you would be lost about where to order. I’m sure the younger generation doesn’t have a problem but Florida has the biggest senior population in the US.

The logistics of the ordering process inside was terrible. No help from the staff, one tried to be helpful but kept getting pulled back to work the drive through. The other was less than helpful and be m almost rude that we came inside.

Only reason I gave 3 stars instead 5 was for a petty reason. They charged me for a small peach tea when I ordered a large. I told the girl at the window and she took my drink back and charged me for the upgrade. Either let me keep the drink I had my hands on (that you're going to pour out) or take the drink back and give me the large without the upgrade since you messed up.. petty I know but still

I waited for nearly 2 hours for my delivery delivery of Uber eats from the store. Three drivers went for my delivery, and then my delivery was canceled by Wendy’s absolutely disgraceful service would would not recommend anybody to use this place.I hope this goes to the area manager who might be able to sort this absolutely diabolical shop outLooking at the reviews, I’m not the only one who has had such horrendous serviceWill never set foot in any wendy place ever again

I ordered 2 biggie bags (Jr bacon)a 6 pieceAnd 3 extra Jr baconThe restaurant had no coke or hic fruit punch. And those were the 2 drinks I wanted. I settled for sweet tea, and that tasted old. I took back 4 Jr. bacon because they had hard rock bread. I took those 4 back. And she returned 3. I should have checked the bag before pulling off again, but i was starving. They also forgot my 6 piece the 1st time, which is another reason I went back. Horrible hospitality at that!

This new style of Wendy's was great. I love the farm style sink for general hand washing.Food was nice and hot.The restaurant was clean. The digital ordering kiosks were easy to use. I ordered from thr app too and it was a breeze.Staff was great and friendly. Even assisted me with an offer I had on my phone.This is how all Wendy's should be.
