Really annoying that the cashiers lock the bathrooms saying someone is in there, when there isn't really anyone in there. I'm a paying customer buying gas and snacks that has to pee before my hour drive home.

Horrible customer service.. I guess just to us “Hispanics”. As the cashier felt the need to announce OUTLOUD when literally just my kid’s, spouse, and myself walked in after seeing a European decent family walk out with not small sized, in regular cups slushies in their hands. “FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT JUST WALKED IN WE ARE NOT GIVING AWAY FREE SLURPEES ANYMORE” there’s no slurpee cups!!” The little laugh at the end did not make us feel any better! There was no No more free slurpee sign posted anywhere either.

It never fails there's always some kind of issue at the 7-Eleven now they're closed because they don't have enough employees and the one employee they have out there blowing the lot with the blower. I already stopped going to the 7-Eleven many different occasions since I moved on this side of town and now I'm just going to have to not come here permanently. Just close the place down.

Worst customer service ever at this location. The last who works there is so rude. She should not be working with customers.
Disgusting! The bathroom doesn't look like it's in the USA! What happened? The owner is rude and didn't want to give me cash back of 25 dollars. He told me when I had already taken out 10. I could only get 20 and I needed 25. After buying a sandwich, we got tequenos. ,monster,banana,gasoline!It's incredible!0 star!

I started working for a company, making delivery’s overnight I showed up to this establishment around 2-3:00am and give the young lady 240.00 dollars for gas and she shorted me 40 dollars in gas. When I went inside she tried to tell me . I only gave her 200.00. Eventually, she gave me the 40.00 dollars and I was on my way. Another time I went to gas up again. I gave her 240.00 dollars again and I ask her for a receipt. She told me I can’t give you a receipt until you gas up. I told her , yes you can . She started to give me an attitude. And I told her there is no reason for the attitude and she told me to basically to screw off so, I left. I was going to spend 240.00 dollars a day in gas there for 4 days that is 960.00 a week there and 3,840.00 a month.. I will be bringing my Business else we’re.

I ran into this store begging for help because a crazed lady was trying to assault me and threated to kill me. I pleaded for the owner/manager to call 911 and he did not, he handed me the phone. This woman was trying to assault me and I kept backing away from her, the staff DID NOT CALL POLICE FOR HELP. I continued to beg for help but this crazy woman broke into my car, emptied my bag and then punched me in the face. If the man at the cash register had called the police NONE of this would have happened. assault/battery and breaking/entering with no help for someone in need.

Bought an expired drink today Arab @ Counter refused to exchange it because it was open. Bathrooms are always dirty and smell if not occupied by your local junkie shooting up. Avoid this location

Paid for a car wash, no soap came out! The manager gave me a ticket and told me come back, the ticket didn’t work.
