I feel that all of the 5 star reviews fail to mention that a single milk tea with boba costs $10.50, which is insane for what is just a regular boba tea. The service was great, the drink was good, the boba pearls themselves were a little overcooked and undersweetened. For the price I would expect more.

I absolutely love Bonsai Tea in Winter Park. It’s a quaint little tea shop that offers a delicious tea and dessert selection. I love sitting on the patio people watching and enjoying the Moroccan Mint tea with one of their cheesecakes. The owners are often there and are as friendly as can be and make the experience so authentic and enjoyable. It’s the perfect stop to start or end a great date night.

The owner is very friendly but the Staff are very slow. Every time we wait 15-20 minutes to get served. Last time we waited for 25 minutes and no one served us. Me and my kids left with rage((

Ok, Listen, Lindas, The bonsai tea is great but BEWARE- the thai tea has the highest caffeine content. I was advised before ordering but I truly had no idea caffeine can ever be that intense in my petite body. My hands were shaking! I could not let me friend finish a sentence. I had to make her go for a walk with me bc I couldn’t sit still. My heart was racing so fast. I do not recommend ordering this if you are sensitive to caffeine. I didn’t know I was that sensitive. I drink black french press coffee. This was ten times more powerful. Be careful.Other than that, lovely place. Great staff, Clean. I love that they allow us to taste the order before. Making sure it’s not too sweet or too tart.I will be coming back with my ex and ordering him a bonsai tea.

Alway such a great experience here. Friendly employees and great boba. The boba is made fresh every morning and the teas are absolutely delicious and not too overly sweetened. I usually get the Bonsai Red Fruit Tea with Popping Boba ☺️ Highly recommend !

Love it here the tea is so good! I got the creme de rose and it's super tasty! I recommend it to anyone that's a strawberry and rose lover. A little bonus is that the drink is pink! The service is great and when you receive the drink they let you try it before they give you the full drink. Also the shop is super cute to hang out with friends and take photos of. The shop has merchandise from local shops so make sure to check those out too!

Overpriced for sure. I mean $11+ for one cup of Boba.I ordered a cup for me and each of my kids and I left paying about $35. Definitely steep when they still use powdered taro and all that, nothing unique, organic or anything else that commands this high a price.Tasted okay, but again nothing out of the ordinary or anything that blew me away.

Extremely friendly owner and the service was amazing. I was offered to try the tea I ordered (strawberry bliss milk tea with butterfly pea flower tea base) with different amounts of flavour/tea base so it isn’t too powerful. The boba is made with date syrup as a healthy alternative and is sooo much sweeter. Absolutely adorable decor and you can make a million and one combinations to have your perfect drink. Could not recommend more for a place to get dessert/brunch.Parking: Free parking lot right next door and a two minute walk from a free parking garage.
