Scoping out Chayote for a possible birthday dinner. Came in early for happy hour at the bar. Katie, our server, was excellent! The tuna tartare was phenomenal, so much so we ordered a second. Super bright and great texture on a crispy tostone. Loved how thin the cracker was but it held its shape after one night. These were better than many tuna dishes we have had a sushi bars. Been wanting to experience this place since the much anticipated opening. Pleased to say I wasn't disappointed... great food, ambience and service. Highly recommend and plan to return ASAP!
The space is romantic, seating is important to me and it was so cozy chic. Service was incredible. Kat was our server and she was so passionate about the food and gave descriptions of the food beyond the menu. By the end she felt like a friend.
