My husband and I were married July 10 2021 (this year) and decided to give Chef Corwins catering company a fair chance being I(wifey) attended the tasting alone due to my husband having to work.The tasting went quite well, every thing was on point and tasty, little cute room set up and all. I gave the green light.Wedding day came, we were served first and our food was cold. The first 2 plates served came out cold. The presentation looked nothing like the tasting prior to our wedding (I took pics of both the tasting and wedding food) and I am a huge food critic and excellent cook myself. The mac n cheese was not creamy and or cheesy(cold), the green beans(cold) tasted can bought and were larger with little to no almond shavings, the chicken was without the same texture or taste as the tasting( room temp) and did not have the green sprig garnishes, the boneless chicken pieces were cold and a little dry, the salad did not taste the same. We were not sure of the mystery dressing off to the side and the white dressing and we never were offered our shrimp and biscuits for cocktail hour(fire cracker shrimp), we just heard about how good they were. I wanted to let my wedding high come all the way down before posting a review (husbands idea) and so I would comment with a clear mind. I honestly believe it was thrown together and I could've done a better job with my eyes closed. Pretty upset STILL! I noticed no-one has called to follow up either, just an email. Positive light, they had a friendly representative the whole way through up until time to pay being I felt I would no longer need her. They were on time according to watchful eyes because they already had the food there...not sure how long. Just all around, things could've been done way better and were only marrying once. BURNTAF.. SO Dissatisfied unsuitable for a kids meal for 5.95. I tried the tater tots which are burnt and so salty it's a shame they even passed this out to a paying customer for a 6.00 A kids meal that doesnt have a drink, or a fruit. Just a waste of 6.00. Could've got Wendy's or chick fila for MUCH BETTER QUALITY for a cheaper price. So my child don't have food for dinner, yes cause I'm exhausted from work and need something quick for tonight. (Single mother) I learned my lesson today. I'll just make myself.My blackened chicken was decent. To have flavor you have to mix the chicken in the pasta. Cause the chicken has all the seasoning

I ordered from here tonight because I was too lazy to cook dinner (PastaAF). My order was delivered really quickly so I was incredibly skeptical. Where do you get delivery quick and fast that’s actually good?

My Fiancee and I were looking for a catering company to service our wedding reception of 30 people at a house we rented in Kissimmee. Living up in BC Canada, we thought this would be a difficult task as we only had 3 days until wedding day after we arrived in Orlando. Chef Jim provided us with everything we could ask for and more! Many of the guests asked where the food was from and took down the name of company for future use. Dishes were delicious, served correctly to requests, sides were great, and the cookies were DELICIOUS! Big Thank You to Chef Jim and everyone at Chef 1 Studios for making our Big Days dinner stress free, delicious and just what we were hoping for!
