I was excited to finally find a Chicken Guy but the experience wasn't that great. They had already taken off the menu what I wanted to try "Southwestern Salad". I got the regular salad with the fried chicken but the chicken lacked flavor and was extremely dry. The milk shake was good but I think it was missing something not sure. Ms. Mae was fabulous which was the best at the restaurant. Her demeanor and sweet manner was the just spectacular.I think the outside eating should have been put towards the back or some where away from the traffic and parking vehicles, smelling exhaust fumes and eating not that great.I'm a fan of Guy Fieri but not so much of the hyped up Chicken Guy. Possibly it was just that one location. I will try maybe one more hopefully have a better experience.Parking: Not busy at all definitely your pick of parking.

The Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ sandwich has to be one of the best and biggest chicken sandwiches I had in very long time. It’s a hit in my book. The staff was very nice. The decor is pretty neat and you can enjoy watching Guy on the big screen TVs. Pop music in the background was the perfect experience. This location is much better than the one at Disney Springs.

They gave me the wrong to go order. Once I returned to work I realized it was NOT my order. The manager said she would apply the full credit back to my card. After two more calls I never received the credit so I gave up. KARMA will catch up to them. And I'll never return. Best Wishes

First time going here. Be prepared for a lot of food. I was not expecting the chicken tenders to be massive. I ordered five and ate 2. I got the hot chicken and let me tell you it was spicy. Typically I enjoy a lot of spice but it was a dry rub spice and was a little powdery and obviously dry. Order extra sauce if you get more than 2 tenders because the sauce was small in comparison to the size of the chicken.
