The food was better than expected , however service was horrible. It was a slow evening too and truthfully not sure if I will go back again. The table and seats were dirty as well.

I planned to eat here couple of weeks ago. When I arrived there were a few people dining but they were seated together in one part of the restaurant. Since I was on my own I told the hostess that I would prefer something a little quieter and less crowded. As the restaurant had many empty tables I assumed this would not be an issue! But no- I was told that I must sit at the table being allocated to me as there will be no service anywhere else. I declined the offer and left. Seems to me that Chilis has forgotten about customer service and hostess training.

Excellent service at this Chilis location. Manager went out of his way to make sure we received our food EXACTLY the way we ordered it. And even had the cooks make us grilled onions for our fajitas because we didn’t want the bell pepper that is already mixed with them. The new expresso Martini is amazing. Our server, I wish I would have caught his name to mention him, because he was fantastic. Everything was perfect !!!

The servers were great and very attentive but the food was cold. the sauces (salsa and barbecue) tasted off to say the least, way too tangy almost rotten. Ironically, the chili at Chili’s was awful way too salty. The place was extremely empty and I can tell why kitchen needs work.

So glad yall opened back up food is f-ing perfect came late and still greeted perfectly every one in great spirits dealt with Paul he was great and very attentive and also dealt with Kenny he was awesome very helpful both checked on us verious times it was

My review used to be 5 stars. Now, I will never set foot in this place again. My coworkers and I came to the bar here after a meeting. I understand that when 9 or 10 people come in and sit at the bar together, it can be a bit overwhelming. So, I was willing to accept a mistake or two could be made. Especially, when everybody is on their own checks. I ordered chips and salsa and an Angry Orchard. When it came time to pay the bill, my bill was for chips and 2 Angry Orchards. The only other order of Chips pn the handheld was with a Gin and Tonic. That was ordered by my coworker that DIDN'T order chips. I was the last to pay and there were still three more bills on the handheld. When I brought this up, the bartender gave me this lame excuse about one of my other coworkers had paid my bill instead of theirs. Okay, but that doesn't explain why there are three bills left with orders that none of us made. She then insisted that my friend didn't pay their bill, but they showed in their bank account that they did. What happened is the bartender screwed up the bills, charged each of us wrong, then blamed us for the mistake. If she owned up to it, I would be willing to work it out somehow. I wound up paying $20 for chips and salsa. Eff this place and eff that bartender.

I have never written a bad review before however This particular ? was horrible, we spent over 200 dollars between 6 of us and only the hamburger was cooked correctly. The steaks were overcooked and one steak was supposed to be medium and was over well done to the point it was dry and burnt. The El president was a fruit mixed drink and not the classic with patron like ordered. To top it off I asked if they honor military veterans discount. I was told they do not which after going to the chillis website w they do just different discount which means its up to the management. Only thing that was worth buying was the burger, salad and the draft beer. Worst chillis I have ever visited. However the service was great and not their fault for below standard food and management.
