Came during lunch rush hour. Big mistake. Packed, no parking spot, placed my pick up order to be picked up at 11:30 (at 9:40 and though they don’t open until 10, still not ready) it is currently 12:24pmI thought people who ordered online is priority since the purpose of picking up is to pick up and leave? At this point, it doesn’t matter if the food is good or not, I’m not coming here again

I stopped at this location for lunch, I was starving. Service was fast and food was good. The reason "atmosphere" got 4 stars is because I understand that you're playing music for ambience, but it doesn't have to be so loud that (1) you can't talk on the phone or (2) you have to almost yell at the person you're sitting with to have a conversation. It's supposed to be background music - not a low end concert.

Walked in and walked out . This spot is always running out of stuff and the line/dressing table looks so messy. I guess you need to be there around lunch time because I've experienced a better time other the 2 or 3 time going in the evening

I placed my order and THEN read the reviews, I immediately cancelled. Not a single good review in over 6 months. I don't understand how an establishment chooses to not address this. I love my chipotle but what people are reporting is unacceptable. Will not ever dine here.
Chicken for my burrito bowls was burnt and old. Please serve fresh chicken in the future and pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the front line. This is the first thing people see when entering your establishment.

What a terrible store.The place was very dirty & the staff were more interested in talking to each other than serving staff.No steak available . When I went to get a diet coke there was none available, I was told that they needed to refil but that was not done in the 20 minutes I was in the store.The 4 garbage bins were overflowing & ice was flowing onto the floor from the drinks station.There was a filthy cloth wit a disinfectant spray next to this.I asked for a refund on the soda I didn't have & got a Uuuuuh & a look of contempt from the staff instead of an apologyI really enjoy Chipotle but I will never be going back to this place.Be warned

Don’t come to this chipotle deja is a scum and will add extra charges on your order she charged me for two items when I only got one when I confronted her after I paid she said I should of been paying attention to the amount and refused to give me a refund and said there was no manager I tried to call multiple times and no answer terrible customer service CHECK YOUR TOTAL or don’t come at all

This was the worst chipotle I have ever gotten. We ordered 3 bowls and 1 burrito. One bowl with steak and we got raw steak. 2 one was with Barbacoa and we got raw steak again. Last bowl was supposed to be steak also got raw steak and burrito was supposed to be chicken and we also got raw steak. All 4 meals completely wrong and inedible. We also ordered chips and queso and we didn't get that. 60 dollars wasted. I do not recommend ever going here. Complete waste of money and food wasn’t good either.
