I solely believe every place you should have to visit a couple times at least to give a proper review not like some of these local google critics (cough… Christina.. cough) who pretend like they’ve never had a bad dish from their favorite place before.With that being said I grew up with this chain in Ohio since I was a little kid (40 now.. yay..) and they’ve gotten better and better throughout the years and are a very unique tasting pizza that no other place has ever come close to their style. I would never order regular pizza from here because the thin crust is their specialty. When they opened this store I got very excited because it’s the 1st one I’ve seen down here since I moved in 2008 to Orlando and it’s just like I remembered. The crust is nice and chewy with a crisp and the sauce, cheese and toppings are absolute FIRE. I truly hope they open more stores down here because I’ve been waiting a long time to have some difference in this town aside from the same old pizza chains. Favorite pizzas: Hot Chicken and The Founder’s Favorite! Their cauliflower crust is banging too. Worth every penny ?

We ordered Donato's Pizza for Valentine's Day and we really enjoyed it! We got a heart-shaped pepperoni pizza, a large mariachi chicken pizza, and a large Margherita pizza. Their classic thin crust was really good and we liked that the pizza was cut into small squares instead of triangles. The toppings were plentiful and really good. The pepperonis were crispy and rich. The mariachi pizza had plenty of chicken and jalapeños. The Margherita pizza was fresh and bright. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Overall, good experience!

I've ordered from this location online twice by now. It's probably my favorite pizza place, if I'm being honest. I have no idea where they get their jalapeño's from but they're so tasty, crunchy, and fresh. I'm a jalapeño girlie and I can never get enough of theirs! I also absolutely love the 'Chicken Bruschetta Pizza' The flavors are absolutely immaculate and it's been perfect both times! I tried the 'Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread' and by no surprise I love that too! The bread is absolutely stunning. It's very delicious and flavorful and I love how the garlic flavor is just enough. The only downside for me personally is that the location is roughly 6 miles from me. Though I fear if it were closer to me, I'd get it more often when I probably shouldn't. If you're thinking "I want some tasty pizza that won't disappoint." Just order from here. Hands down, these workers deserve a raise. Fucking exquisite. Very tasty! Workers, please keep it up. You're amazing :D

We just ordered here for the first time and never again. The cheese breadsticks tasted freezer burned and the marinara dipping sauce was straight out of a plain tomato sauce can. Zero flavor. We ordered a mushroom and bacon calzone but we got a veggie Stromboli with red sauce and no ricotta in sight. It was also charred on the bottom. Very disappointing.

We ordered on Uber eats. My calzone was so burnt I had to toss it (that really sucks). The cinnamon twists were also burnt but I scraped some of the burnt off.I called them and the girl just told me to go through Uber eats in just FYI: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ON UBER EATS. We don't use it much but I've been sick and didn't have time to go to the store.Over never had a food auLity issue like this on Uber. What want burnt was cold. There were 4 pf us and we didn't really get to eat much cuz of the burnt issue. We heated up the pizza and bread cuz it was cold and that was ok at least. AWFUL quality tho and the one time I had an issue with an order sending me the wrong thing, and they asked if we could pick it up and added a ton of extra food (when I called the restaurant). I called Donato's about their nasty burnt food and they said "go through Uber Eats". Bad service, dude.

I ordered on Uber eats and the quality was so so bad. The vaccine and cinnamon twists were RIDICULOUSLY BURNT. The rest of it was cold but we just popped it in the oven, that was fine. But like.. the calzone is going on the trash. And I hate food waste. I'm kind of appalled they sent food this burnt out tbh. Not gonna order from here again. Maybe it's better as a sit down restaurant but the quKity of orders is horrible. The audio garlic bread and pizza were ok after we heated them.

Same for "Xtra Ground Beef" There was just a sprinkle of toppings, nothing like any of the website pictures.I should have looked in the box and refuse it immediately, but was home by the time I noticed. Super disappointed! and frustrated I fell for such a gimmick. Check the box before you leave the store!
Love the cauliflower pizza!! And the wings are good but sometimes they are small !! They are a good pizza maker and the people that work there are always nice !

Was disappointed in the poor food quality and little flavor of the pizza. I had a $9 local flavor coupon for $30 value large pizza and order of stuffed jalapeño peppers. The peppers were disappointing. Peppers with ONLY a SMALL amount of bacon and cheese melted inside. Pizza wasn't any better than a chain like Domino's. 4 Cheese, beef and olives were my topings. Olives had most flavor sadly. Spongy with little flavor. I threw most into garbage sadly. Absolutely not worth more than $9 spent. Would be 1 star if I didn't get it with the coupon.
