Our order was Asiago cheese bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Avo toast fresh juice and coffee. What we got-The bagel had the wrong cream cheese (plain) the avocado toast was inedible- the avocados weren’t ripe were like rubber and no flavor (I went back and was told “it’s not avocado season what do you expect?” It comes prepackaged- I asked for a refund). The juice was watered down little juice. I’d never suggest getting it. The coffee is horrible. He’s had navy ship coffee that was better. This tasted like it was made last night and left on the burner. It was scalding hot so he didn’t get to sip it till we were back in the car or I would have taken that back too. I do NOT recommend going here. There were no dairy free options for the bagels. The only dairy free option was almond milk for SOME coffee drinks. Every table was dirty and the trash cans were outside their containers.
Ordered a curbside order this morning because I had my children in my car while my spouse was getting a procedure. I wait for 30 mins and nobody brings out my order. I called numerous times as I can see 2 employees fraternizing. All my calls were ignored. I finally go inside to pick up my order. My breakfast sandwich is cold from sitting there. Additionally it was done incorrectly. Mind you. The store was empty. There was no need for any of this to occur. Will not be returning to this location.

Easily the worst Einstein around, when you get an Asiago bagel you want that thing covered in cheese and cooked brown. Every time i try and get an Asiago it’s pale white, hardly any cheese, and way undercooked to the point it just taste like dough.

This place looks like it's going to close permanently. Went in for lunch. They had only five bagels left in the whole store. No one there cares at all about anything.
