Before you read anymore, 06/28/22, came to this location to find out that they had closed down!!! Ive been coming to Gratos with my wife since we moved to Florida in 2019 back in the Lake Mary location and now the Winter Park location. We were sad to find out that they're no longer around but we'll still hold them close and dear to our heart. Fortunas Bakery is moving in soon and the French Bakery next door is also gone now as well!

My son raves about this place....and now I know why. The lasagna was very good. The lunch special is a deal and the pizza, to hear my son say it, is the best on Park Ave....and I think he has tried every place within walking distance from Rollins. Affordable and fast....we sat outside because the temperatures were good. Some good people watching.... Fast good italian....Check it out.....

I feel compelled to write a review due to my experience last night and how I feel after eating at this establishment , first of all we were charged $26 dollars for literally a plate of broccoli and off tasting chicken supposedly ‘chicken Marsala’. I asked to add a vegetable (broccoli) and I was served a bowl of broccoli with a piece of flavorless chicken in a little sauce that did not taste very good at all. The menu sated the dish is served with “roasted potatoes and vegetables” My girlfriend got Stromboli which she could barley eat, the meat inside was not appetizing, and the dough tasted off as well. We both feel sick this morning as does another member of our party who ate there as well. The complimentary bread that they served us, after sitting for like 20 minutes, was burnt and hardly edible. Very disappointing experience.

The pizza was not great. The crust was overly baked and its flavor missed something, especially salt I think. The service staff was polite but not very helpful. We had to wait for a long time for every simple thing. I asked for a box before we left and they brought a tiny box for five slices of 18" pizza. We waited a little longer to ask for a bigger box but no one showed up again. We left the pizza and the boxes on the table and left. They didn't even notice what was going on. It was disappointing. Won't go again.

Delicious food! Never fails, the pasta, lasagna, and the sangria are my favorite! The bread is also so yummy. They had great service and good recommendations. This has been my second time there

It was “okay.” We ordered the mozzarella triangles, those were really good and big. Husband got a calzone, not impressed with flavor and bottom was super hard to cut through. He usually takes home all leftovers but left half his calzone because he didn't think he would eat it again. I had the spaghetti carbonara.. again, nothing wow about it. Towards the end of eating it, grease was dripping like crazy off the noodles. It definitely wasn't bad but probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again.

The lasagna that my boyfriend got made him sick. It was just kinda a pool... with a lot of cheese. probably won't be coming back

Some of the best Italian food my family and I have tasted. They closed their Lake Mary location so now we travel to Winter Park, especially with guests, for a delicious meal. You may need a reservation even on a weekday. We got lucky walking in on a Tuesday evening but it quickly got to a point where all open tables were already reserved. Bar is open to eat without a reservation. Service was prompt and food was amazing. My kids loved their ‘kids Alfredo’ and ‘kids spaghetti and meatballs’! We enjoyed a Stromboli and linguine with clams. All really good. Candy store next door is really fun and nostalgic so check it out. We will definitely return to Gratos!

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend you try it. Priced reasonably with pretty big portions. You can tell they use fresh and home made ingredients

Very nice meal. The Burratta was creamy and textured and the tomatoes fresh. My husband had stuffed rigatoni and while simple it was the perfect blend of sauce and cheese. The low point was chicken marsla. Because it came out so quickly, I knew it wasn't traditional. There wasn't even a hint of Marsala and the gravy was more like egg foo young than Marsala. The chicken was done perfectly however.

I’m leaving one star because zero stars was not an option. My family and I have been visiting this restaurant since it opened and my experience today has absolutely ruined my view of this establishment. I never leave reviews, but this was necessary. I made a reservation for 4:30pm today and was kindly greeted by a waiter that told me to have a seat wherever outside. I did just that. Minutes later a woman came out and rudely told my family and me “they made a reservation *signaling to a group of older ladies* so we need to give this table to them.” I responded telling her that my party also made a reservation. From there her rude behavior only continued. In front of this other party she moved me and my family from our seats and sat us at a table that was covered in leaves and dirty. Meanwhile there were 3 other tables available outside that this group of older ladies could’ve sat at. My issue with this situation is not my party having to move tables, it is the manner in which this woman spoke to us. She was demeaning and downright embarrassing. I have worked in customer service a long time and that is simply not how you speak to anyone, much less a customer. Turns out this woman is the owner. Needless to say I will never be returning. How disappointing to be treated so poorly by an owner. Please save your money and go to Romano’s Macaroni Grill and be treated with an ounce of respect and dignity. I could’ve called spirit airlines and received better treatment.

The server barely came to our table, we never got water refilled once. The waiter acted like she did not care about us. Food took forever. Do not recommend.

First and foremost, let's be a little more generous with the seasoning; some of us are about our flavor. Do you know what doesn't rhyme with flavor? Jaclyn, who had a bit of an attitude. She has informed others in her many replies to disgruntled customers that sometimes people make mistakes, just like the mistake with our lack of seasoning. Which is fair; people do make mistakes. However, I think a meeting should be held with the kitchen staff about being a bit more loose with their seasoning hand. Just a recommendation to bring in the guests that are, in fact, all about the FLAVA. If you're looking for serious flavored Italian food, head over to Frescos.
